Pinnacle Flagpole

Contacted Pinnacle about a flagpole. It had been a very rainy spring so they could not give a date for installation. Once things cleared up they were out in a couple days, on time, courteous, professional.

They did a fantastic job installing our 20' flagpole! They were prompt and installed the flagpole over the course of several days making sure to allow time for the concrete to cure. Everything was as explained. Since the install, we have had two flags on the pole, including the recent high winds and have had no issues.

My husband had always wanted a flagpole. After growing up and seeing his grandpas at his grandparent's house, he always wanted one in his own yard. We recently purchased our forever home and what better Christmas gift to my husband then his very own in our yard. We prefer locally owned and operated businesses and I am beyond happy over this investment.

Steve, the father, came out and spoke with me, we went over placement, options, and was very mindful that this was a surprise for my husband. He provided pictures of my yard with different pole placement for my husband to see. Even when I couldn't keep the secret any longer, Steve was very courteous as to make sure he didnt ruin the surprise.

After meeting with my husband for perfect placement, Alex, the son, came out to begin installation. Alex was very polite, informative, and professional. Even with all of the rain we were having that day, and offer to him to come another day, Alex stayed true to his word and got step one of installation completed. A week later, and our flagpole is up, the flag is gentley waving in the breeze, and the 5'x8' flag is up on our 25' pole.

Pinnacle put up a flag pole in our front yard a few years ago. No one else could have done it any better. Can get flags and maintenance on the rope as needed too. Highly recommend.

Our flag pole was great at first. After about a year and a half the light on top stopped working. We have called a couple of times no one calls back to arrange the repair. So sad I thought highly of this company.
