What an incredible experience. The best lamb chops We ( my husband I in agreement) have ever had. Cooked to perfection with the rosemary sauce. The appetizers were spot on with the Brie and cypress salad. The Italian sodas were scrumptious and made for a great dessert. The steak was good. Our waiter made our experience absolutely delightful. We will return for those lamb chops...now my favorite.

This place is amazing. The meat melted in your mouth, and the portion sizes were more than enough. I couldn't even finish half of my meal. Their desserts taste amazing also. Everything just melts on your tongue. There was no waiting. I had a waiter helping or checking on us. The atmosphere was awesome not to loud it was calm, and the restaurant in general was so pretty. The food came out fast, and you didn't have to wait they always had something in front of you.

I loved eating here! This the perfect place for a wedding anniversary or a formal birthday. The menu did have some options for gluten free and dairy free meals. The atmosphere was calm and very enjoyable. The food was expensive but worth the price. Our server was very nice. This restaurant is very welcoming. I have only positive things to say. Awesome!

I have been to this beautiful steakhouse twice, and they were under very different circumstances.

I booked the Library room for a private banquet without ever having been inside the restaurant. I decided that I probably should take my wife and try the food before people came from all around the country for our banquet.

On both occasions I was impressed with the quality of the food, the friendly service from the staff, and the overall quality of the experience.

This is a steakhouse that really knows meat and how to enhance the flavors. Vegans who came to our banquet were a bit underwhelmed with the vegetable skewers, but were happy that there still was a vegan option at what is definitely a place that focuses on meat.

I would love to come back to this steakhouse and continue the adventure of trying different things on the menu.

The only downside about this beautiful steakhouse is it is priced in the range where I need to use it for special occasions. Well worth the price, though.

Came here with my husband for Valentine’s Day. The reservation process was very smooth. We reserved our table online, and then received a confirmation call a week before and a confirmation text a day before. Once we arrived, we were immediately seated in the ‘quiet room’, which I recommend you request upon arrival (it’s at the back of the restaurant). There were a few tables and a cozy fireplace. The service was excellent and the food was really good. For the starter, we ordered the grilled Brie, which was delicious. Their Italian sodas were so good, especially the mango one. Then we ordered the coconut shrimp, the Kansas City strip and the lobster tail. Everything was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed every second of it. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée and the turtle cheesecake. They were so yummy! No long wait times whatsoever and amazing attention. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Celebrating our anniversary, we had the most amazing server named Anderson, he absolutely made the night! He’s funny, personable and has a flair that totally made our night! The dinner was steaks with au gratin and sweet potatoes and the best salad I’ve had in a generation. Thank you Mr. Anderson for making this such a great night to remember. If your close and can’t wait for your night to end without meat stop on by and ask for Anderson he’ll make that night a night to remember!

Laura and I went to this restaurant for the first time as a result of the gift certificate. HARMONY was our server and she was fabulous. We so enjoyed her and her service. The food was great and a very good value.

Let me just start with their experienced waiter. It was solely the best waiting experience I have ever had at any place ever. It also was my birthday and they made it special and helped my wife surprise me. The food was fantastic. The coconut shrimp was to die for but the steak did slightly miss the mark on being done enough for both my wife and I. I recommend maybe ordering a bit more done then you want. But I have only had one experience so far with many more to come. So maybe just enjoy the first time and find out for yourself.

Waiter came back and asked twice about how I wanted my steak prepared. Came out perfect. The steak fries weren't very crispy, but tasted fine. The bone in ribeye blue rare or Pittsburgh, totally what I wanted in red meat.

Carvers is excellent. Probably the best steak I’ve ever had. My family and I come to Carvers once a year around Christmas time. It’s one of our family traditions. I always order the Tournedos Oscar which is excellent. The steak is always cooked perfect and really tender. I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s unique and you can’t get it anywhere.

Never in my life have I ever found a better steak! Hands down the best food I have ever experienced. The ambiance of the restaurant was amazing, service was on point, and above everything else; the best bone in rib-eye I could ever have asked for. Absolutely the best restaurant and good experience I’ve had in Utah. This place is our new go to! You will not regret it

I went to Carver's for the first time with my wife's coworkers for a company Christmas dinner. We had a reservation for a party of 12, and got a nice little private room just the right size. We were seated a little early. And Taylor was our server.

Appetizers - the medium rare lambchops were actually the best tasting lamb I have ever had! The brie was very good. And I can't eat shrimp, but everyone at the table raved about the coconut shrimp. We had to order extras.

The table bread was not great. And they serve it not sliced all the way through which makes it difficult to serve yourself without touching the bread that everyone else has to share.

Entrees - Most of the party and I ordered filets. One guy got the ribs and was very impressed. But my best advice is, when at a steakhouse, order a steak. I ordered the Carver cut (11oz. Filet) and asked for medium. The extra large cut had a "tail" piece that was a little thinner so it was slightly over done. Next time I will get the smaller 8oz cut as it is easier to cook more evenly, and order it medium rare. The quality of the beef was excellent, and the seasoning was perfect!
I recommend the spinach salad. It has a peppery mustardy dressing that I wanted more of. It was unique and pleasant.

Desserts - my wife and I tried the creme Brulee and the cheesecake. The cheesecake was just decent with a berry sauce that was better than expected. The creme Brulee is usually my go to and for good reason. It was delicious, with just the right textures.

Service- Taylor was a joy and a great server! He kept us happy and entertained.

Atmosphere - Carver's was a comfortable and enjoyable place to sit and visit with friends. It is not too loud. This is no obnoxious Texas Roadhouse-ish steakhouse. It's a nice family place with a warm rustic feel. And the staff were all very personable and professional.

I'll be going back to Carver's with my family. We will order the lambchops, the filet, and the creme brulee, and we will be requesting that Taylor serve us.

First time here for my Boyfriend's birthday and it was delicious. We tried the Prime Rib and the Filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection (Med-rare). The service was speedy and they even threw in a free dessert for his Birthday. Will definitely come here again.

Excellent place for a big night out. Fairly expensive, but what isn't t these days. The food was delicious. There were six of us. All had different entree. And all got rave reviews. The service was impeccable.

Delicious rack of lamb. So so so good. That mint sauce was the bomb. Order it medium or it will come very rare.
Loved our dinner here for a quick celebration.
The sourdough bread was not the best but not bad.

Came here for a second visit. We shared the porter house steak and it was perfect!

I love Carvers - we eat here about once a month. Plan to pay $150 for two without wine on a full corse including appetizer and dessert.

It is the best place in Utah for a wonderful Fillet Mignon . I love the Carvers cut - fillet with the Rockefeller sauce. The chowder is wonderful as well as all of the desserts. I always save room for the desserts!

The ambiance is a dressier mountain lodge feel, but it is a stake house so you do see lots of jeans and T-shirt’s while dinning.

I highly recommend Carvers Steakhouse.

The food here is amazing! I got a filet mignon and my boyfriend got the rib eye. The filet was cooked so well and the rib eye was super juicy, both delicious! And the soup and salad and bread brought before our meal was great too! Not to mention the yummy Italian sodas too!! We also got a Creme Brule and it was admittedly one of the best I have ever had.. What we were most amazed about was how fast all of our food came out to us! We were there right at opening and they had our appetizers and meal brought out to us in less than 20 minutes! One thing that would be improved was the customer service, our waiter was good, but for a place as nice as this I guess I just expected better and more personal. The most personal attention we got was when the bar manager came around to ask us how our food was and chatted with us for a minute which was very nice. But otherwise, the food was great and the atmosphere was beautiful!

Wow! This place is wonderful.
I love the ambience. I had the lamb chops. They were good, but could of used more flavor.
Overall very pleased with Carvers. The staff is friendly and the service was quick!!

My husband and I were traveling through the area on our way home from a week long vacation. I made a reservation at Carver’s because they had great reviews and we were not disappointed!
Our dinner was the best we’d had on our whole trip.

Had a company Christmas party here, and it was good. The food was great! Staff seemed like we were burdening them with any questions or requests. Overall, good place to go!
