I had the most excellent experience at this AutoZone! I went to get in my car at 8:30 at night and the battery was dead white auto service came and jumped me and I drove down to AutoZone 8:40. Even though they were getting ready to close, This amazing man with an unusual spelling of his name which escapes me, came to my aid, came out to my car replaced my battery, checked on my battery to make sure if it was under warranty it was turns out, so I received a brand new battery right it closing with no charge. They don’t accept tips, which is unfortunate because this man went above and beyond to help me and never once complained. he was amazing. I apologize I can’t remember your name but you by far won my business!

I was over a hour from home and had a car emergency. Lyndon saved the day helped me get my car fixed up and going in no time and get home. Without him I truly don’t know where I would be be. (Stranded is where) Thank you again Lyndon you are a life saver!!

I bought a 93 suburban about an hour from home. Minutes down the road the passenger front break seized up. Luckily I was just down the road from AutoZone. I walked in and explained the situation and the older gentleman behind the counter directed me to a flat working space and loaned me the tools I needed to get the wheel off and remove the brake pads so I could make it home. Very helpful and kind. Got fixed up in an hour and it cost me 6 dollars. Couldn't thank them enough! 5 stars great service!

Excellent customer service! The night shift manager, Lyndon, knew exactly what part we needed and even the aisle and section it was in just by showing him the old part. None of the typical run around of staring at the computer, then asking for help, then staring at the computer some more! It was such a refreshing change to have someone knowledgeable on his own without the computer! Thank you!!!

We blew a wheel bearing on our trailer just before closing hours on a Sunday and the man that helped us was so polite and knowledgeable and had us back up and rolling before they closed the store. We were able to make it 557 miles back to Tennessee. We don't know what we would have done had he not helped us. Genuinely, from the bottoms of our hearts, we cannot thank him enough for getting us back home safely and without issue.

Friendly staff that truly wants to help and not push customers into an unneeded purchase. A shout out to Mandy for her patient explanations!

We cannot remember the names of the 2 guys that helped us, but we rolled in at 7pm on Sunday night, April 24th. We were pulling a trailer full of furniture and we needed to be back in TN by Monday morning, but we lost a wheel baring on the trailer. The 2 gentlemen went out of their way to help us and walk us through fixing the repair. We were able to borrow some tools and purchased several others, including the last jack they had in stock. Without their help, we would not have made our deadline on getting home. Thanks so much for going above and beyond, including staying a little late!

Good place to get in and out with what you need. Always a good idea to take the used part you need with u to match up or at the least look it up and take the info in with you will make your vist alot faster .

I appreciate that the guys who work here know what they're talking about and are willing to share their experience. I can get in and out of the store quickly and leave smarter than when I started. ... Friendly and quick witted staff.

There's always a bit of a wait, but counter folks are always friendly.

Brought a battery fuse for my kia into the store the guy behind the desk instantly knew what it was compared to the other auto part stores in town had no clue what it was and told me to goto the dealership but this guy helped me out and went the extra mile to find me one in stock in Mansfield and had me out the door. Very great experience thank you.

Im seeing alot of BS reviews
I wont mention any names. And as far as being on hold for 10 minutes, there is 2 people that work nights. If they are in the middle of a sale, do you expect them to stop helping them to help you? Also. If you go to Walmart for a shirt. Do you expect that Walmart worker to tell you what material and where its made and how long it lasts?

My battery was dead dead dead. Stopped into this AutoZone location, manager Lyndon was very helpful and replaced my battery to help me get back on the road. Couldn't ask for better service. And I'm usually pretty hard to please.
