Friendly, helpful staff.

Rude staff, very unhelpful almost like their batting against you. As a landlord business owner in the Troy area provides housing and fixes up homes in the city you would think you would get treated a little better. Very outdated Billing System. One system to view your bill online a different system to pay your bill. They charge 2.75% to pay your bill online They add accounts without your knowledge.

They are not helpful at all and nothing gets resolved even if you call in multiple times. The don't know the meaning of customer service and even their supervisor wants to argue with you. I have called every month for the past 2 months and have told them I moved, but am still getting charged for the old house. On top of that I got my water shutoff due to a storm water account that I never got a bill for and was never linked to my new account at my house the 1st month I moved. So sick of dealing with this department! It is by far the worst part of Troy and someone desperately needs to fix the way they talk to you!

I’ve ever seen. The website needs simplified.

No where on the website does it mention HAVING to make an appointment, only that you have to appear in person. So...don’t cop an attitude when I say that no, I don’t have an appointment because you yourself admit that no where on the website does it mention having to make an appointment. You aren’t doing me any favors by saying “well, I can take you without an appointment” when there’s no one in the building except me. Wouldn’t it be nice if customers had options, instead of being mandated who supplies utilities??

My experience with the staff has not been the greatest. I came in a couple years ago about a issue and the city actually owed me money because my work place overpaid and then I didn't know which window to go up to. I addressed a lady and she was very short with me and rude.
