Most excellent dr and staff. I have always been treated with respect here. No one ever rushes you and they listen to everything you have to say. Dr. Bains diagnosed me quickly and correctly. Other doctors didn't get it right for years. The other reviewers on this post must be talking about another dr in the same building. Dr. Bains is a very nice mild mannered man.

After nearly 15 years of being unsatisfied w/my PCP at another hospital, I sought out Dr. Bains for my hypothyroidism. My previous PCP was only concerned about my TSH level being in normal range, and would only give me T4 replacement. I still didn't feel well for a long time. Dr. Bains did a complete workup including a CT scan on my thyroid. He added T3 replacement which is a game changer! I also sought his advice on weight loss due to the underactive thyroid, and he gave me tips that WORK, and I've lost 30 lbs in just over 4 months. He is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and he has truly changed my medical care for life! I hope he stays with Memorial Health System for years to come!
