Helped me out get the card when no one did for the pain that I have and am now great and don’t have much pain

Well I went to clear vista due to personal reasons but when I got there in the middle of the night. Staff was so nice and let me get situated. Pros the staff is awesome and understanding. Cons they need real security because some of those moments when a client was being out of line. The only staff there was only women at times and they deserve to feel safe at work as well. Im thankful for the groups we had at 10 am and 2pm helped me interact more and no be as depressed. Great place of care with dream team nursing staff plus the MHT people deserve more as well. Lastly the FOOD WAS Terrible like literally it greasy some days or burnt. They need some love for that food cooking shoots its already sad we can't have visitors due to covid cause several times I would've told my family to bring me something edible please. Special thanks to Tamika (social worker), Cindy(group activites), Dee (night nurse) and so many more if I could remember names. Love Ya'll Stay Strong

I realize it's a very difficult job working with the mentally ill. The hospital staff is caring, Samantha on night shift was wonderful and very helpful making sure that everyone was comfortable. The overall cleanliness is amazing. The food could be better, but what hospital food is good. The fact that we are able to wear our own street clothes makes you feel at home. Group sessions have been very informative. Restrictions are in place due to COVID-19 not allowing visitations, but we have access to the phones to call family and friends. Thank you Clear Vista Staff for this much need hospital in Lorain County.

Clear Vista helped my 90 year old stepfather. The staff truly works as a team, and involves the family too. Compassionate care plus an overhaul of his medications has made many positive improvements. Highly recommend this facility!

If I could give 6 stars I would! The care given at this facility is so carefully reviewed and administered. Dr Adit is amazing with his patients, and provides the best care plan individually. In terms of behavioral health, they are the superior, and trust in confidence your patients or loved ones will be in GREAT hands!

Considering the reason for my stay I must say the place wasn't bad. The staff is excellent, very helpful and caring. They are willing to go above and beyond to help with anything you need within reason. Speak up and they will listen.

It takes a special kind of person to devote their time and energy to the care of the mentally ill, and those are the individuals you will find working at ClearVista. No job is perfect, no facility without it's issues and in the current pandemic climate you will find no group of harder working individuals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those in need. ClearVista is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable populations and helping to end the stigma surrounding mental health by stabilization and successful return of their patients to the community.

If your looking for help now STOP. This place is great and they helped me more than they know. Thank you all so much.😉😁
Ps. They only opened like 30 days ago. So just like any other Business that first opens there will be some rough spots. So if you don't speak up when you are there than don't be mad at them they're working to better the Patient and this place every single day. thay are working very hard everyday to make this place better. (And yes this is coming from someone who has been there at this Facility)

Clearvista is a great facility. They have caring staff that wants to make life easier for anyone who walks in the building. We are lucky to have them.

ClearVista defines mental health. It is comforting unlike a regular psychiatric hospital.Staff are kind and caring, I love that you do not see the same psychiatrist while inpatient.

I had an excellent encounter with Corey! He had great customer service. All over great experience! Very pleased!

CV has great customer service and is very professional. The staff was very helpful in helping get questions answered for a patient of mine.

It was better than last time I was there and I feel like the medication changes has helped alot less anxiety and less nightmares.

The liaison staff here was FANTASTIC!!!! They gave me quick responses. I can't rave enough on how much they helped me out.
