Ben is the best. Got to my car before it was even supposed to be looked at ...very honest and a very good guy. Purchased a used car from him as well. I will go to him from now on for anything!!!

I had driven from Cleveland to Ashland and had an issue with my transmission oil. This was the only auto repair service that welcomed me and did everything they could to help me. It ended up that Ben checked everything and gave me instructions on how to deal with the issue if I again ran into problems on the way back to Cleveland.Dawn was the first person to answer the phone when my husband called to find out if they help us. She was so kind and told me to come right in. I was so appreciative of their help. They even asked me to contact them when I got home because they wanted to make sure I got home safely!

We got our breaks done and needed our rotors looked at. They replaced them free under warranty and charged us later. We did not have the money at the time so they let us go with our vehicle and a bill. Many car places do not do this. They don't even know us that well, but it helped so much. One of the best mechanics in town. Since Frymans is downsizing thekr work as the owner is getting older, the guys at D & D are here to do everything from small odds and ends to complete engine rebuilds. The owner is very knowledgeable and they do work quickly at one of the cheaper price points for mechanic work (so you can save more for the same quality of any shop).

I use them for all my alignments and they do an amazing job. Ben and his crew will definitely treat you right!

My son currently attends Ashland University and is about an hour and a half from home. When his truck wouldn’t start, I contacted my insurance company to get their approved Body shops in Ashland. Upon calling Caliber Collision they had no trouble with recommending D and D Auto. From the first call, to the multiple calls until the truck was finished, they were extremely professional, polite and put this mom at ease knowing they were taking the appropriate steps to diagnose and fix the issue.
