Kelly was instrumental in the design of my kitchen from start to finish. She is the kindest, most patient and calm person which are all desirable attributes for someone undergoing a complete kitchen renovation. The quality of the cabinets are just that - QUALITY. I am impressed and so thankful for the entire JG team of woodworkers and installers who made the finished product. Thanks, JG!

We have an 100 year old historic lake home in Oconomowoc, WI.

It hadn't been touched since it was built.

As we started full downstairs renovations, we had met with multiple cabinet makers, including big box stores, private cabinet makers, and subcontractors with different ways of attacking our house.

The big boxes were semi competitive on price, but clearly poor quality with preconstructed and cheaper materials and a few of the large cabinet custom makers were nearly triple the cost without all of the specs we hoped for.

On recommendation from my mom who had heard of JG from a friend, I gave them a call with low hopes we'd be able to afford a custom builder.

Their front office designer had us a ballpark estimate off our design in 3 days with every single spec we wanted, (quartz counter countertops, solid hardwood, quiet close, spice drawers, etc) For less than the local big box for laminate counter tops and particle/composite cabinets.

We were then worried about timing. Once our demo started they came in and took measurements and had everything delivered on time within 6 weeks.

Their designer walked my wife and I through all the options and was amazing at staying in touch with us to keep things on time. We had a miscommunication on a drawer and they came and fixed it within a day at no charge and no grief.

The price and workmanship was so good we even had them do a custom kitchen table and foot lockers for my kids which was same price as going to steinhafels and it all matched.

My wife and I (and neighbors) are floored by the craftsmanship. We have vaulted ceilings and old hardwood floors (likely shifted) with age it fits in perfectly with our old house and neighbor decor.

Absolutely the best. Quality, communication, lead time, and price.

Easy to work with

Not sure what has happened since the past reviews, but I did not have this same experience. I confirmed they would be able to deliver my cabinets at a certain time before even meeting with the sales staff. I went to their store the following day and thought all was good. Checked back the following week when I dropped off the samples and told all was on track - apparently it was someone else's track. When I called the week of planned delivery they acted like they had no idea that they had committed to this timeline. Incredible, then I was basically accused of being ridiculous for being angry cause they never made that commitment - what - it was the only reason I came to your shop! Nice cabinets, but really poor customer service and management. Still have not heard back from the owner after being yelled at by his employee. oh yeah, forgot about the part where they called me a week prior to installation asking if i wanted to pay to balance - before the cabinets were installed, apparently their standard according to their employee - same one who called to make me feel like I had no right to be angry. I paid when the work was done, but was really tempted not to after being treated so poorly by their billing person. Happy Holidays to us, sure made life stressful.

My father worked for this place for two weeks, Never was late,never was wrote up for anything and then They fired him last Friday. Worked two weeks to get one check,even after my father told Tim the guy that hired him, not to hire him if he didn't really need help or was just going to get rid of him after a week or two. Tim Lied to his face, and before my father left Tim was being called and cussed out by people that bought cabinets months ago and still hasn't been installed, cause there looking to hire someone to do that. This place is a joke 🤣 and I do not recommend doing business with this place in Rosedale WI at all, or working for them because all they do is lie to ur face or lie to u over a phone.

They created a replacement kitchen cabinet door, base cabinet so the stain matched. The door had cracked. The price was $150.00. What a joke. They completely took advantage of my situation by price gouging me. I would avoid this place like the plague. Find another vendor who won’t take take advantage of you. If I could have given hem 0 stars I would have. Very unethical company.
