Every time I go in there the customer service is outstanding, everyone is friendly and very helpful sometimes seem under staffed. Very good experience

The service I received today from Lisbet at the Klamath falls metro by T-Mobile office was probably the best service I've ever had with cell phone service. She took almost an hour to help me figure out resolution to my lost phone. I highly recommend anybody who goes through phones or is technology challenged go this branch. They are really there to help.

Laura was the rep that helped me. She was very polite and friendly even when she was busy. I went in to purchase a new phone and my experience was wonderful with Laura's help.

I have been with Metro pcs for years no real issues. I went to get a phone upgrade it went smoothly. I am not sure what the women's name was but she was great. I would definitely go back there.

Well I went in there I've been a MetroPCS customer since 2014 and my first experience with MetroPCS was in Berkeley California and didn't have cell phone for 5 years and someone suggested MetroPCS and I went there and all I had was 40 bucks and I got my month's free service with a phone and it was very convenient the MetroPCS here in Klamath Falls two ladies at work there are so helpful I have two I have total of two lines and one tablet line and my bill the bill is $45 a month unlimited with 50 gigabyte hotspot legs are so cool because I'd go in there and they would they set me up they'd help me with the phone and they explain stuff to me and when I had a problem they would fix it for Me I'm a big fan of MetroPCS and I I spread the word and I say they have great customer service so I highly recommend it I think the branch manager's name is Maria but they both are nice have a good day

EXELLENT SERVICE GREAT DEALS BUT ALWAYS SO MANY PEOPLE HELPED BY ONLY ONE PERSON.SURE TAKES EXTRA OFF TIME ANYBODY COULD EXPECT TO WAIT FOR SERVICE HELP.

The story Klamath Falls is awesome they helped me solve several problems that I’ve been having with my telephone and my service I even got a hotspot the gals the rock I gave them thumbs up love you guys see you soon
