Sweet Minihaha Campground

Loved this place! The owner and all the staff were so friendly. The sites are huge and spaced out nicely. The bathrooms were so clean, as were the showers. We had a great time here and will be back to go tubing next summer.

Place is fantastic and perfect for kayakers, canoers or just floaters. Right on the Sugar River . You end your trips at your campsite. Great set up. Friendly/funny staff. Ice And wood onsite and get dropped off at your camping site. Will definitely be going back soon.

This is a great place to come and hang out. Mostly adults and older kids and everyone loves their music (just be prepared to listen and enjoy). Good mix of tents and RVs. Spots 47-59 are great ones - a bit far from the showers but you are camping. The folks at the front office are awesome - Yea to Lisa for keeping all things moving efficiently. Ultimately, this is a social campground - people talk to each other, say good morning, and form an ad hoc community for the weekend. Kayak, tube, or canoe the river - it is a lot of fun.

Best tubing trip I’ve ever been on, this place was the reason for the best summer of my life!!! I went 9 separate times in 2020 and they give me some free stickers! Can’t wait to come back in the spring.

Nice place, the conditions of the restrooms are ok, have a place to play volleyball, they have a bar with karaoke at night. My friends and I had such a great time.

This is such a nice campground. A group of us went here to camp and go tubing for the weekend. We had a lot of fun! The pricing is reasonable and they have almost everything you need. They provide transportation to the river launch, regular tubes, cooler tubes, life jackets, and string to stay together. Bring your own cooler and I recommend water shoes. The float is about 3 hours long and full sun so bring sun screen!

Love it they are open an hour before the other one so it nice to get on the river before the lane starts and the spot they job u off. Everyone we have meet there the 2 weekends in a row where awesome. I do recommend getting the floating phone case in there shop it was 12 dollars that saved my phone when my daughter who is 7 fell off her tube . Josh the driver was cool and help us get the pink and purple tube for the little ones on the kid weekend . Will be coming again

clean and very affordable. we rented tubes from them. they drive you to the starting point. our driver was friendly. overall great place and we will definitely be back!

Very nice, relaxing campground. We are camping all week, very friendly employees and other campground guests.
During the week it is a lot quieter and spacious than the weekends.
Remember to book ahead. The sights go fast.

Great tubing trips on the Sugar River year after year. Tubes and cooler tubes provided, along with a bus ride up the river, to drop you off at your starting point! Nice area to grill out afterwards, along with a small general store and arcade commons area for more entertainment.

Awesome time. Fire pits need coverings or some sort of protective barrier as a two year old feel in the fire and got burned. Tubing was fun.

great group of people with fun activities for all. I especially enjoyed the horseshoe tournament!

Great campground right on the sugar river! Some sites have a beautiful water front view. The toilets are clean and well kept. The staff/owners of the campground are kind and flexible. Highly recommend staying here, even if you don't plan on tubing on the sugar river.

Had fun tubing! The shuttle rude to the drop off is quick and convenient. The tubing ends at the campground so it's super easy to get back to your car. The inner tubes are comfortable and the cooler tubes are fairly flip proof.

Rates are reasonable - $15 per rider $5 per cooler.

Be warned the river is pretty slow. The campground advertises a 3 hour tube ride, it was closer to 4.5 for us.

So much fun tubing and camping here! Approx 15 of us connected our tubes and cooler tubes, floated down the river, slowly, took approx 4 hours. Everyone that passed or we passed was friendly, fun, we all raised a drink to eachother and said Hi! Music played in each group, stopping points along the way looked like a Daytona beach party with the way everyone got out to listen to music, dance, drink, throw balls. Good time! The water isn't clean, but hey, it's a small river, it's to be expected. Definitely wear water shoes, not flip flops! Rocky and slimy and deep clay areas along the stopping points. You will lose a shoe or both if you wear anything but water shoes. They do sell water shoes and every thing else you would need at the campground.
The vans from campground take you to the starting point on river. You end at campground. There was live music, pool table, bar. Good time! They have group sites available. Tent and camper sites. Some sites have water and electricity for tent campers too. Showers are free. Not warm, but free. You do not need to camp there to go tubing. You can pay to park and just tube. Your wrist band gets you a ride back to your vehicle. $20 for a tube, $10 for a cooler tube. Beverages cannot be in glass containers. They check.
