Just picked up a brand new gravely. The customer service is excellent and the service tech was very knowledgeable about their products. You can tell they actually care about the customer and their needs unlike a big chain store. Sales team asked questions about what i might need and they had some recommendations but not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. Great business and great people.

I was very pleased with the 50’ lift truck I rented to stain the high side of our house (3rd floor). I had trepidation about using it because I had never used a lift truck before, but I found it easy to use (after some practice) and much safer for high areas of work than extension ladders. You need a level area to set it.
The staff patiently explained how to operate it and helped me get it hitched to my truck. I will rent it again.

Drove 3 hours a few years ago to buy a Gravely zero turn! After dealing with Tom and his staff I'd drive 6 hours to work with them again. Called a couple other times on some other items I was interested in and got professional advise from Tom. Great place over all and definitely recommend!!!

I haven't purchased anything yet from Muellers however I listen to their weekly radio spot and for me it has been very educational. Tom has a way of talking about outdoor things that most people would never think of
