Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

I always enjoy stopping at Cheba Hut when I visit Colorado! The sandwiches are delicious. Today I got the ‘Nug sized Power Plant sand which with the Jalepeno hummus, my boyfriend ordered the Midwest Best. YUM. 🏔 🌈 🎃 🖤 ⭐

Stopped in for a sandwich after the Logic concert. Unfortunately because of the concert the wait time was 1 hour for 2 sandwiches. They were totally doing their best to make those subs as fast as possible. Ordered the Northern Lights and did not regret my decision, part of their secret stash menu. Washed it down with some Fruit Punch Kool-aid. The spice was just the right amount for me, and I love spicy food. Dope artwork as always, but this locations art always makes me smile.

Solid subs and the place is always well-staffed. I appreciate that they help keep Colfax "lively" on this corner, by being a successful business with lots of customers & good lighting outside for safety.

This was our first spot coming into town. My spouse spoke highly about your sandwiches and he wasn’t lying! Definitely worth the price, it was so tasty! The cookies were scrumptious! Definitely worth a try!

First time here. Came for lunch hour, and there were several people in line, but was super fast. Several size subs, I got a 12 inch. Veggie,Turkey, Chicken and meat separated menus, so you're bound to find something you want. Dessert and salads menus, too. Tons of drink options, including full bar. Great shaded patio outside to people watch! Will return!

And I can say this place was amazing.
We enjoyed every bite and minute we spent dining in. The service was great.
We had the Panama red, 2 orders of the Kali Mist.

I love this location. Scout and Riley are two of my favorite people and they are both fabulous bartenders. The overall vibe and service are phenomenal. The food is most of the time correct to the order and has never been inedible, which is more than i can say for then Colorado Boulevard location. The last two times I went to CoBlvd I got sandwiches swimming in so much house dressing that the bread was falling apart before I even picked it up.

Four stars for food because the kitchen is somewhat inconsistent. I feel like the kitchen has a bit of a "revolving door" issue because I almost never see the same people back there. Food modifiers occasionally get missed or ignored. That said, I've never needed to eat this locations food over a bucket and occasionally missing the odd free topping isn't the worst thing ever.

I ordered the white widow and it was sooo good then I got the dirty hippie drink it was all very tasty!!

Amazing subs for anything, when you get a sub with everything on it it looks like alot but it is quite manageable. the humus is great and all vegetables are fresh, catering is easy and the employees are super nice. the atmosphere is very cool. it is pot themed so not the most family friendly but great for young adults.

The subway for potheads. Sandwiches are really tasty and I love their portions they have 3 different sub sizes. A nug, pinner or blunt a nug is great for bite size sandwich. And I live how they offer unlimited kool aid thats always the wave. The Jamaican red is everything! Spicy but tasty, the teriyaki sandwich they have is also delicious. They have some sort of crunch ball that's ooey and gooey with peanut butter and cocoa pebbles. They have a large selection of sandwiches and a section for beer I had the peanut butter and jam which was a bit sour but ok.it does have an outdoor seating area and it's also a favorite spot amongst tourists also a few store fronts away from a dope dispensary. Staff is super friendly. Cheba is also a stop for many 420 tours, trendy hippy crowd for the most part. Ive been to denver a few times and always make it a priority to visit this place just becauae its such a cool atmosphere. Great music too! Total vibes.

Don’t have these back home, and was hesitant to eat at a pot themed sandwich shop… but boy oh boy was I wrong! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The Italian was just tasty as heck. Go be clear, I don’t think they put anything “special” in their cookies… but I got a footling and a cookie, then after I ate I got a weird feeling and almost had to pass out. Turns out I’ve been on a almost no carb diet for the past year and a footling put me into a carb coma… so nothing in the cookies… just amazingly good bread!
Staff was really nice, went back 3 times during the trip, other than convention food, this is all I ate!

One of my favorite sub places to come to after a show in the area!!!! I look forward to coming here every time!

Cmon, who doesn't love a good ole Cheba sandwich after throwing a few back with the broskis after a night of hitting the slopes after working 3 days straight after dipping and dodging common street beggers?

Cheba Hut is a MUST visit spot for lunch while in Denver, especially while "elevated" I wish more restaurants served Kool-Aid! The sandwiches are fire and their Kool-Aid just hits the spot! Grab a large rice krispies treat to go, they're delicious. I'd go back to Denver just for Cheba Hut, Meow Wolf, and the Brutal Poodle.

Always a must have when I travel to Denver, love the novelty of it. Praying for the Julius Caesar sub to be available next time I’m in town!

It’s a busy location so you usually need 10 min to spare but it’s always worth it ! Love the Pacific Blue Blunt 🐟☺

Best sandwich I've had out in years. The 5-0 was my sandwich for the evening. Very fresh bread and crispy bread. The whole group gave 8 thumbs up ☝ Can't wait till my next visit.

This is my sandwich spot for late late night dinners with a group! I enjoy the fast service, the aesthetics, and the people who are constantly making us laugh. Thank you to everyone who shows up with safety and joy in the back of their minds.

I like this location and the one in Longmont. Tasty sandwiches and always fresh. They have a new Kool Aid drink Green Apple flavor🍏. I got the Kali Mist sandwich with a side of jalapeños and chipotle sauce. Delicious.

As a Colorado local, I have visited many sandwich shops across the Denver metro area, and with that, I can confidently tell you nothing will cure your late-night munchies quite like a Pakalolo Pinner from Cheba. I can not even remember how many of my nights have ended with me caught here with my friends. Their music brings a warm and pleasant atmosphere to hang and eat with some friends. Then add to that that with a refreshment from their wide selections of cotton mouth cures, and your night will be nothing but green lights. The selection of Kool Aid is unmatched by any sandwich shop around. I suggest you enjoy the beautiful scenery and decorations as you fill your gullet: maybe you'll learn a thing or two about Colorado culture. After you've finished your meal don't forget to go back and get some munchies. The brownies and rice crispy treats are almost as good as ones your nanny used to make. The employees at Cheba also bring a welcoming and warm atmosphere to the restaurant. I will definitely be returning to one of their many locations whenever the late night sandwiches muses call me.
