I recently sold our house because my wife received a job offer out of state. Mary was very helpful in helping us decide what we needed to do to get the most out of the house, while selling it very quickly. She worked with our timetable and was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. She helped us price the house above my expectations, and had it under contract in just 3 days. Then, she helped speed up the closing in order to save us some extra hassle. Overall, it was a great experience. She helped us find that house 5 years prior, and I had no regrets. I can't recommend Mary highly enough.
