What a GREAT experience! Marissa was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was transparent throughout the process and also very friendly. Coop and Alex were there during the entire upgrade and added some additional information to make me feel 100% confident in my switch to Verizon!

Cooper (I think that’s her name) was very helpful and was a 10/10 in regards to customer service! Very rare now a days and especially from someone so young! Good for her!

Had an older iPhone that presented a lot of challenges during the upgrade. The Verizon team at this location took the time to make sure everything transferred and worked properly. A++ service!

Had the best experience at this store! Super nice, so patient with me. Made sure I had everything I needed when it came to retrieving all my info off my phone. Went in today to trade in my old phone towards the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Josh was the salesmen and couldn’t have been more helpful. Even helped save some money on our phone bill by switching to the unlimited plan. Explained everything super well and again, extremely helpful. Whenever I go in next for an upgrade or whatever the case may be, I hope to have Josh as the salesman. He is very much appreciated!

Michael is amazing he helped me get a new iPhone 11 and then a couple days later I came back and get a new Apple Watch. He was outstanding. So helpful and knowledgeable with the products. The store was nice could use some upgrades like new carpet and definitely some seating.

We had a wonderful experience working with CASSIDY on a new Verizon plan. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and exceeded our expectations. Even as senior citizens, Cassidy not only took her time with us, but treated us with the upmost respect. We are very happy with her service. You can't go wrong with Cassidy.

Second phone that I’ve purchased at this location. The young man working was super helpful and was eager to please. I overheard him helping other customers on the phone, he was very courteous and patient with people who were less than tech savvy. We got there close to closing and he stayed late and acted like it was no bother at all. I love how the put screen protectors on without acting like it’s an inconvenience whatsoever. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to replace their Verizon phone.

Josh was awesome! He took care of everything that we needed and was super informative. We really appreciate that the upsales we’re offered but he was never pushy!

Great environment, love the employees! These guys make buying a cellphone a FUN experience instead of a bear to upgrade or change your plan. Thank you Jordan for saving me money on my bill. He worked with my needs to get me the phone I wanted in a timely manner. The other store across town is garbage and so thankful for employees who enjoy their job and actually WANT to help their clients.

This location is great! It's so hard to get quality customer service these days, but your staff nails it! I am strongly considering switching phone companies. I stopped in while I was in the area to see what my options were. I spoke with Jordan, and he was the best! There's nothing like talking to someone that actually knows their business! Jordan was great. I visited to just pay a bill, and he remembered me from a year ago, I was surprised. He notified me I had 3 upgrades available, and I could get a free tablet while saving money monthly and that I wouldn't have to pay much out the door. I went home, brought my family back, and we got 3 phones and the tablet for $100 and saved $30 a month! Simply amazing. Thanks a lot Jordan!

It's not only a great place to purchase phones and accessories, but the sales staff is genuinely concerned about service after the sale. Daniel and James have been there for us countless times.
