A BIG Thank You to Anthony! He found an error today with my prescriptions. Instead of my prescriptions being fully covered by insurance I had been paying like I didn't have anything. He found my prescriptions card had some how been deleted. Thank you again! There are angels among us 😇

Would just like to say thanks to the staff in the pharmacy and tell them how much I appreciate there service and professionalism. This is a very busy pharmacy due to the number of people that are shopping for groceries and pharmacy with a drive up window to boot. This is a very complex business dealing with all the doctors offices and insurance companies, drug companies and customers.

They just remodeled the whole front end. I'm not a fan of self checkouts, and that's mostly what it is now. Other than that, I frequently shop at Giant Eagle and the perks plus program has helped save me a lot of money in gas!

Always nice staff but always wait for around 20 min or more.

Usually has meds in stock that big pharmacy chains run out of, but the wait time, mainly because of disorganization, is horrible.

The doctor had sent in a prescription for my son, I go to pick up the prescription and I’m told that the medication is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available??! This is a medication he has been on for years and has refilled it every month. They couldn’t notify me before the doctors office was closed! I signed up for text messages and none had been sent, this pharmacy has really gone down hill.

Went there to pick up my daughters prescriptions that had been called in. I called several times just to see if they were ready before going there and get no answer at all, it just ring and rang. Then I waited on line for over 30 minutes just to bed told that they weren't ready yet, and that's with one of the medications that they were 1 pill short, and wanted to know if I wanted to come back the next days to pick it up, so I said now to just throw it away cuz it was only 1 single pill, so they very rudely one lady said to "Have a seat" and I then waited another 30 minutes and only then found out that instead of throwing away the one pill, they threw away the ENTIRE script!! Omg!! Never again!!

Received a flu shot here - when the needle was inserted in my arm, it felt a little high and stung unlike any flu shot I’ve gotten before.

1 month and two doctor’s visits later, including an x-ray and ultrasound of my right arm, turns out the injection went into my tendon instead of the muscle &, as such, gave me tendinitis.

I start physical therapy on November 1st. Thanks guys.

My sister's meds were transferred to this pharmacy and they told us they didn't start filling them so 3 days later we went back and they wanted our information again even though we just gave it to them. Never going here again!!!

The Rx never has my meds, and they never know when they will get them. The Rx is just bait to make you walk around and buy 4 cases of pop you don't need.
