Park City Lodging - Vacation Rentals and Property Management

We have been renting apartments using Park City Lodging for
years, in both summer and winter. We have always been thrilled with their service and attention to detail!
This year, we made the horrible mistake of booking an airbnb because of its location and it was a bit less expensive. There
were so many things missing from the kitchen that we had trouble even making breakfast. There was nothing cozy about the bedroom or the living room (despite photos that made it look appealing) and we really missed the amazing service options with Park City. We won’t make this mistake again. They are worth every penny!! This trip was really a disappointment compared to other years.

Exactly what was advertised and what I needed to stay in for a couple of nights. Super easy on line check in so I was able to just go to the property at my convenience and enter with the key pad code. Very nicely appointed and comfortable with all the comforts of home- right down to my favorite brand of breakfast tea. Will definitely be staying with Park City Lodging for any trips to Park City in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Park City Lodging! The ease of booking, the service, and the actual property we stayed in was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. We stayed in the Lowell 402 unit and it was BEAUTIFUL! I used it for my wedding day to get ready and then stayed the weekend. It was close to Main Street and all the restaurants and Park Silly Market. There were 2 living rooms and a big kitchen. Definitely recommend booking through Park City Lodging! I know we will be again.

Wonderful condo in best location in Park City. We have owned 3 homes here in the past and know what we are talking about. This place is retro cool, quiet, well run. Our particular condo had updated kitchen and bathroom and they were 5 star! The bed and linens were very comfortable. The porch needed sweeping off and the chairs and table were very dusty but I enjoyed it here so much I didn’t mind cleaning it all off. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the right temperature. All in all I loved it here and highly recommend it.

Rented a 2 bedroom condo for a week. Coffee maker didn’t work. When I informed them of the problem, they had a brand new one in an unopened box to us in under 15 minutes. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thanks for everything!

The house was wonderful for our family. The open floor plan with the kitchen was really ideal. Lots of seating areas, comfy beds and plenty of hot water! The backyard was so cool, and the hot tub was perfection! Five minute drive to the slopes and shops. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay at Park Station. The unit was very clean, the location is perfect! It's literally a short walk to the lifts and to all the Main Street shopping and dining. Check in and out were easy. Staff answered all of our questions really fast and gave great advice. Would stay again.

Amazing place. We had 9 guys and this place was perfect. Lots of towels (I only mention it because that's odd in vacation rentals). Park Station is very close to the lift and this unit is the closest in Park Station. Close to lift, restaurants, and shops. Another thing that's rare in vacation rentals, nice beds. All 9 guys were happy with their beds.

We did have a couple of issues. The pool was closed. The hot tub was nasty. Neither of these things were Park City Lodgings fault. The pool never opened but the hot tub got cleaned early on our second day and was great for the remainder of our stay. One other issue was that there was only one parking pass and we stayed in the 5 bedroom combo of 227 and 229. As soon as I asked them about it, they drove another one over with an apology. We had a great experience and will stay here next time we go to Park City

I want to let everyone know that Park City Lodging is a fantastic and responsive management company and I highly recommend looking at their site to find a vacation rental.  Anytime I needed help or had questions, they answered immediately, and made us feel so welcome. I truly have never had a management company take care of us like that.  Park Station was older and charming and the layout of the 2 bedroom condos was perfect for 4 of us.  We had ample room for storage of clothes and ski equipment, food and luggage.  The fireplace worked perfectly and they provided great dried wood so it was effortless to start a fire. The furnishings were comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was completely stocked. And we loved the outdoor hot tub.  You are steps away from Main street, so it is a highly convenient location as well.  They even texted me to let me know they found my daughter's swimsuit and wondered how they could get it to us.  Booking with them can also gain you a $300 Delta voucher for your next flight!
Ryan and his team should be commended for making it so comfy for us with extra towels and any other questions or needs we had. We liked it so much, we are arranging to return just a few weeks later and want to stay with this company.

Location, luxury, convenience...this place has it all. I had the pleasure of staying at LIFT (unit 406) in Canyons Village and the entire experience was incredible. The location is what sets this place apart! You walk out the side door of the facility and are literally steps away from a ski lift. Our group was on the mountain by 9:00 AM every morning and we stayed out all day - so it was really nice to take that last run and end steps away from our room!!

The Canyons Village area where this condo is located has restaurants within a 5-minute walk. We ate at several and every meal was great so you can stay at LIFT and really never have a need to get out of the area.

The condo itself was top notch, super clean, and is perfect for families or groups.

The only negative I have about this trip is that it wasn't a few days longer - we didn't want to leave!

The free concierge service provided by Heleena at Park City Lodging was second to none. I would have been happy to pay for the extensive amount of work she did. She was unbelievably responsive to all of my requests and I was quite the pain in the neck...lol. She helped me arrange the entire weeks hour-by-hour itinerary with all of her helpful hints, links and the reservations she booked. My family is so excited about our upcoming March 2023 trip. I don't think we missed one winter activity. Thank you so much Heleena!!!!!

We had a great stay at Park Station 228 managed by Park City Lodging. Katie emailed me all the arrangements and immediately responded to any of our questions. When we arrived, the entire condo was immaculately clean. We needed a few extra items and assistance with the cable, and everything was attended to within the hour by Tony, Wade, Jordan, and Mark.
They are a professional and responsive management team!

Park City Lodging is an awesome company to work with! Rented a place for a month this summer, it was exactly as promised and we had a wonderful time. It was spotless on arrival and great location. Most importantly though was the professionalism and customer service of the team at Park City Lodging. They were extremely responsive, very very customer oriented, flexible and overall just really nice people! I was concerned about the policies related to Covid and they could not have handled things better, including reassurance I needed in case something happened and I had to cancel. We are already planning a return trip to Park City and wouldn’t consider renting from anyone BUT Park City Rentals!

Park City Lodging was incredible! They immediately reached out and shared the concierge services they offer, which was very helpful. They were quickly responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. They made reservations on our behalf, and followed up and made sure that things were going smoothly. Our vacation was so much more enjoyable due to their assistance.

What a great trip. Our condo was perfect! Right across from the Park City lift and my daughter loved the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The fireplace was so cute and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. It was super clean and we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect! The condominium was comfortable, super clean, well-equipped, and roomy open floor plan so that 7 adults could lounge around after skiing. To top that off, it had a fabulous location just 1 1/2 blocks from the Town Lift and all the restaurants in town. The service was also excellent. Payment was easy; communication was detailed and friendly; helpful people were easy to reach with accurate information. Check in with keyless entry was effortless and check out was just as simple. I plan to return and would recommend to anyone. All in all, a perfect vacation.

We stayed in park station 122. It was perfect. The location was amazing. Town lift was less than 5 minute walk. Plus there is a free overnight ski check which is great. The start of main street with restaurants, bars, and shopping is across the street. The heated pool was great. There are three large hot tubs that are all connected. Plenty of room for everyone! Our condo was nice. Beds were comfy. Two bathrooms were clean. The place was perfect for our girls weekend with 5 women. Everything you could need in the kitchen to cook meals. I will definitely stay here again!

Park City Lodging was a pleasure to work with, especially Katie. Nice, friendly, responsive. I’m not crazy about their DocuSign form that they send to confirm reservations. It keeps trying to get you to sign up for their services and is difficult to use. I would also suggest more transparent quotes from PCL for rooms detailing the room cost per night, tax, fees, etc. rather than just one total number. I felt like they were hiding something from me. We had a problem with the a/c on the weekend and called the emergency number. Wade from maintenance called me back and was very informative and helpful. The reservation person was also supposed to call us back but we never heard from her. She also dropped the ball and changed the combo on our room even tho we had confirmed extending another week. But Katie was able to help us immediately so it didn’t create a problem. In all they did a great job and I’d book with them again.

This was a last minute booking for my daughter and I, and we were pleasantly surprised when we got there.

Main Street was just a block away, so we could leave our car at the condo, with the on-site parking included, and walk to Main Street for shopping and dining.

I appreciated the on-site parking, air conditioning, outdoor pool and hot tub, and that the property is very well maintained.

I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! The location was perfect! The whole process before during and after was perfect. The people including housekeeping were all so friendly. We were there for Christmas Our only complaints were one of the mattresses in our three bedroom was terribly uncomfortable so my husband and I switched with our son. He didn’t like it either but said it was still an upgrade to the dorm bed at college! The hot tub was a disappointment as it was in a closet with no view so we didn’t even go in. If the hot tub is not important then 5 stars for sure. Nice restaurants and shopping all within walking. Easy access on and off mountain with the Town Lift which is only steps away from the door! Fantastic ski area....easy access to three mountains!
