I recently received a recall notice to have the air bags replaced on my 2004 BMW. Lindsey was still kind and helpful rescheduling my appointment but text when i received the appointment reminder notice and I chose not to drive over the grade in the storm before the holiday. Tony couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly when I arrived and went above and beyond in having a quote ready on something unrelated when I picked my car up. Definitely 5 star service all around!

BMW of SLO was so knowledgeable and helpful when buying out our leased vehicle. Kevin and Mike sat down with us and discussed our options. We are beyond satisfied with all of their help in making this transaction so easy. Thank you SLO BMW and Kevin! We will continue to travel up there to get your superb service. You guys are the best on the coast for sure.

They clearly deserve a top rating for their customer service. They are always personable, knowledgeable and they go out of their way. A tad expensive but worth it. I assume the work performed is top notch since I have not had any issues with my BMW since I purchased it eight years ago.

We enjoyed our interaction with all of the staff here. They were personable and professional without ever being pushy. They accommodated our desire to look at and drive several models. They facilitated our buying decision and made the lengthy purchase process as easy as possible. We’re happy with the car we bought, but as is often the case the people are more important than the product.

Tony was professional and kind. He detailed every service performed and needed and included detailed pricing. Not pushy at all. I’ll definitely go back to him. It was a pleasure to bring my car to him.

I have been having my cars serviced with BMW San Luis Obispo for the last 15 years. I purchased my current BMW from them via Scott Boulanger as my sales representative, I have found their quality of professionalism and service in all departments of the dealership to be consistently excellent. Since I am still working and needed to leave my car overnight, I so appreciated the convenience of a loaner vehicle. Roger Devoll, who has been my Service Advisor for the last year, is patient, knowledgeable & efficient with a good sense of humor. It is a pleasure to do business with this company.

My son wanted a used limited release M4 CS. The team was awesome. Mother and son had details to work out. After a good nights sleep and completion of a final exam, we got the Connor is over the moon.

Found the perfect car. Staff was friendly and made me very comfortable. Easy to work with and explained everything clearly. Not heavy handed or pushy. They listened to me. In doing so, I now drive the perfect vehicle for me. I drove 200 mile to buy from them for a very good reason.

Big shout out to my sale person Mr.Kevin Nyhus for helping me get this gorgeous M4, got me the best deal for this rare brand new vehicle. I live out of state but the shipping took place only 5 days to arrive at out driveway. Once again I’m really appreciate for your help. Thank you!

I have had many issues with a BMW I bought out of state. My sparkplug were bad, and I had a torn boot destroying my axel. Steven from services has been nothing short of amazing in his professionalism as well as caring attitude in assisting me fix my car up. Big shout out to him and the mechanics to helping me get it running great again!

Not only do they help me when I am in town, they helped me when my car broke down 3 hours away. Steven Simpers called the dealer's service manager when the dealer was not super responsive and got them to fix my car so that I could get home. I had already spent 2 nights in a hotel over the weekend and my mother was in the hospital so I was trying to get home. No words other than Steven et. al are simply the BEST!

My entire overall experience with Roger Devoll was "EXCEPTIONAL"!

Roger was very professional, knowledgeable, very personable and extremely helpful in every regard.
Roger listened to and heard my X3 service concerns, and also helped me completely understand all the service issues which were needed now, as well as establishing a follow-up service plan to address future potential service concerns identified by the technician during the service inspection and completion of the presently needed repairs.

Roger arranged for a complimentary X3 "Courtesy vehicle" to match the necessary required cargo space needed to meet an important business meeting I needed to attend whilst my X3 was being serviced; an appointment I could neither reschedule or afford to miss.

In addition, the two other service advisors, Tony at the first window and Joseue at the second window were both very pleasant and accommodating. The Service Manager Josh is always helpful and accommodating as well.

When I picked up my car, Roger asked Christian-Lead Master Mechanic to accompany us to inspect my X3 and point out the areas serviced and answer all my questions. Roger and Christian agreed on a 500-mile follow-up inspection.

I would consider the level of Roger Devoll's client service as "over and well above" what I've ever received, and that the service he provided me with far exceeded my expectations.

As a final note, Roger emailed me a personal "Thank You" video, something I've never experienced or received before from anyone, anywhere. Roger's "Thank You" video showed me his sincere thoughtfulness and creativity, was very much appreciated and it also encouraged me to return to Roger again upon my next upcoming service visit(s).

Roger, thank you for the very positive service experience you provided me.

Staff is remarkable! Very caring and understanding. They work hard and diligently to make sure everything is right for you as the guest. The level of customer service is beyond measure. We will continue to keep coming back to SLO BMW for all our vehicle purchases. GREAT JOB SLO BMW TEAM !!

I was traveling from SoCal to Nor Cal on a business trip when I got a flat tire. I arrived at the dealership and explained my situation. The guys did everything possible to get me on the road as quickly as possible, even the Service Manager got involved to insure I got back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. I was contacted by BMW re a recall. They provided a loaner vehicle, did the repair and provided excellent service. When I returned to get my car I noticed a dinner being served to the community. This is a dealership concerned with humanity.

I can’t say enough good things about BMW of San Luis Obispo.. I purchased my m3 comp from them and my experience was GREAT!!. Jose Macias and his team are very accommodating with excellent communication skills. There customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! Car shopping can bring so much anxiety. Thankful for all the patience and support from JZ and Erik, I had the most stress free car purchase I have ever experienced.
After surviving a head on collision and losing a vehicle that I really loved, through my internet search I found the perfect vehicle that was like the one I lost. Only one obstacle, it was 2000 miles away! Endless video requests, questions and calls were answered almost immediately. JZ earned my trust and Erik helped with paperwork via Docusign. I am very pleased to say that my search is over, i cannot wait for my 35d to arrive!

Man I don’t even know where to begin… Antonio went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience possible and made sure I was happy with my experience. Even though my car is older than most vehicles there, he still made me feel like I was in the right place. And on top of that the complimentary wash was a nice touch.
