I dropped off my broken vintage watch over the holidays expecting a call that it could not be fixed or would cost more than it was worth to do so. I was met with a smile, and despite the holidays, was excited to hear the watch was repaired in short order. I was so happy to have it back; it was pulled from the repair bag ticking away and at the correct time. Again met with a smile and kind explanation, I was only charged a nominal fee for the service. Highly recommended and thank you - I will be back!

Amazing customer service & vintage collection: I stopped in to Stencel by chance, as I was in town for a site visit. I’d been looking for an engagement ring, but didn’t have a big budget and was trying to find something that really suited me well. Katrina was very patient with me & extremely helpful as I tried on several rings, and eventually found a beautiful vintage piece that I knew was right immediately! I wasn’t sure about the sizing, so they told me to wear it for a while and if I needed resizing they’d do it no charge. I did take it back to be sized down and it fits perfect now. I felt very cared for here & I’m grateful I found such a special ring with their help!

We just had some estate jewelry appraised -- Each piece was meticulously cleaned and assessed. Documentation was perfectly detailed and provided seperatley for each piece. The Stencels are also very welcoming and their shop has an amazing selection vintage and new. Glad they are in East Greenwich and now my new jeweler.

I brought two rings in for sizing and had a fantastic experience! They were so kind and knowledgeable, especially regarding my antique ring. I know I'll be back with future pieces, but also to explore their wonderful collection.

The Stencil's are gracious and welcoming people. The store has a beautiful selection of fine jewelry(for all budgets), watches and estate pieces. They are happy to find the perfect gift or to just replace your watch battery. Tom is an excellent jeweler and can repair almost anything!

Mr. Stencel is amazing. I’ve been going to him for ring cleanings and watch batteries since he was in Warwick. He is the only jeweler I trust with my platinum wedding rings. They are absolutely gorgeous after he gives them a full cleaning. Katina is just as nice and friendly. Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

First-rate, helpful, knowledgeable service and high quality selection. Went in to possibly resize my wedding and engagement rings: they were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and providing suggestions/ideas without ever being pushy. They were patient and helpful with my indecisiveness. I ended up with a perfectly resized wedding ring (inscription remained intact), a beautiful chain to wear my engagement ring as a necklace, and a few items on my holiday wishlist ;). Highly recommend!

My Wife and I went to Stencil Jewlers to have a ring sized and a watch worked on. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and was even able to educate us on what kind of diamond was on my wife's ring. There is also a great selection of jewelry including watches, diamonds and more. There are not many good places around who repair jewelry and I would highly recommend them!

I went here to have a ring resized and they did a wonderful job. There's an inscription on the inside of the ring so it was unclear if they'd be able to salvage the writing by making the ring larger, but they did and the ring came out beautiful and even cleaner than when I brought it in! Katrina and Tom are knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch - I will be back!

Incredible service. I took an antique pearl ring there to be resized 2 years ago and since then he has repaired multiple things for me. Highly recommend
