Santo Taco y Cantina

I was searching Google for a new taco place to try. Found this new gem. I ordered online and they texted me order updates. I got the three tacos deal for eight bucks. 1 Al Pastor, 1 Barbacoa, & 1 Carnitas.

DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I crown the new King of Tacos here in RI to be Santos Tacos y Cantina.

Inside was super clean and the staff is super friendly. Go now so you can say you knew of this place before it was cool.

Note: they have soft corn and soft flour tortillas. Default online is corn.

Hidden gem. Great for families. Budget friendly. Great service. High quality cocktails. Something for everyone. Good variety of favorites. Corn tacos real deal. Everything tastes made fr scratch not prefab.

Food was delicious! Waitstaff was very friendly and attentive, great atmosphere. Had steak fajitas, (no beans) was fantastic, plenty of peppers and onions hot and sizzling!

The food is amazing anyone says different cleary doesnt have taste buds or a love of the food not one person ive brought here has been disappointed they cleary care about their food and service will be eating here again and again and again

Best street tacos I've had in years and years. The El Pastor (marinated pork) made me exclaim 'Wow!' out loud. Served with fresh onions, cilantro, and a lime wedge in the traditional fashion. Three tacos for $8! The guacamole is also superb and you get a HUGE portion for $8. Had to take 3/4 of it home. Didn't go for a tequila today as I'm driving, but wow the selection is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

FANTASTIC Mexican food. Great for a lunch date or dinner and drinks! (If I did drink I would come here!!)

OMG… very AUTHENTIC MEXICAN food… Salsa like nothing else we had…Tacos 🌮were very good & Steak, 🥩Chicken 🍗& Shrimp🍤 Fajitas were the best ever…!!! The only way to describe their house Margarita…. It’s very, very smooth!! Waitress the best, menu perfect, very clean… cannot wait for another Margarita 🍹🍹

Holy freaking delicious! The food is great and came out quick and the staff is friendly. I ordered the guacamole appetizer and the chicken flautas. The guacamole is seasoned perfectly and the portion is perfect for two people. The salsa is mildly spicy and bursting with flavor. The flautas had a pleasing thin and crispy shell filled with succulent, pulled chicken.

I am very satisfied and will absolutely be returning soon. 10/10 would recommend.

Was so excited when I drove by and saw that Santo Taco y Cantina opened! Impulse ordered takeout for my husband and I (chicken tacos, barbacoa tacos, chips and salsa, and two to-go margaritas). Everything was INCREDIBLE. We both agreed these might have been the best tacos we’ve ever had. They were very full with deliciously seasoned meat and the corn tortillas were so good. The margaritas were fantastic and a really great price. We can’t wait to go back and can already tell this is going to be one of our favorite spots.

Great tastes and flavors of Margaritas and a good selection of authentic street Mexican fare. Comfortable seating indoors and a few tables outside. I love their street corn appetizer. So nice to have a good Mexican restaurant nearby.

I ordered the chicken burrito and it was delicious. I can't say much for the tacos, they were dry for the chicken and pork. But that wasn't my order. I had one from my cousins. But it definitely was good overall, fresh tasting ingredients.

Great food. Their parent restaurant, Condessa, is super solid, so its no surprise that these guys are great too. The food is well prepared and presented, and it is definitely NOT cheesy/greasy tex-mex. They also have a nice small bar with good drinks, going to be a nice "drink and a snack on the way home from work" place when all the unpleasantness is over. Until then its to-go for me!

The food here is insanely good. I am usually not one to try many new things but I am so glad I stopped in to take a chance. Stop in and eat and it will guaranteed become one of your regular restaurants to eat at! Just nothing short of amazing.

Seriously the best quality Mexican food l have ever had in RI! A surprisingly great little place that I will go to often now that my wife and I have discovered it. The margaritas are excellent too!

Food was amazing!!!! So much flavor took me back home!!! Amazing food for a reasonable price!!! Had the most amazing micheladas in this area!!!! Servers and cooks are amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place if looking for good Mexican food!!!!

Small unassuming cantina, easy to miss. Great authentic food, solid prices. A hidden gem nestled in Coventry of all places. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
