A very professional and competent business. They know how to treat people and diagnose hearing issues I highly recommend a doctor who can not only fit hearing aids, but perform medical assistance to the ear as well, such as cleaning wax and other diagnosis. They have these services and they do them well.

With all due respect, I just had a horrible customer service phone call experience. I expressed I’m looking for a new provider due to it feels my current does not care. The conversation with this office also lacked care, and made me feel as if it was Friday and whomever did not care to be bothered. Please understand people whom are dealing with ear and balance issues - their quality of life has been affected in more ways then you may know. Kindness and care goes a long way.

Sent an appointment request asking for help for my 88-yo father who's hearing aids had stopped working and who lives alone so I had concerns about his safety if he couldn't hear. Didn't even warrant the courtesy of a response from this group..
