Nicholas and Anthony delivered a stove on time, installed it, and took the old one away. They were professional, courteous, and patiently answered my questions. Very good customer service from Best Buy technicians.

We bought an Apple iPad at Verizon, but they couldn't activate it. Brought it to Best Buy and they got it working in about 45 minutes. I will always buy my electronics at Best Buy, they always make sure it works before I leave. Highly recommend this store.

I'm giving 5 stars based ONLY because KRISTEN, EXPERIENCE MANAGER and her genuine concern for the customer. My husband and I purchased an open box fridge and after a month and 4 missed deliveries, I drove back to the store(u can't reach anyone at the store by phone) and was imm- ediately assisted by KRISTEN. She looked in to the issue (seemingly a problem at warehouse &3rd party) and assured me that she would monitor new date and follow up with me the next day... And she absolutely did!! Based on circumstances, this meant so much more to us than just getting the fridge delivery resolved, for that, KRISTEN, YOU ARE APPRECIATED IMMENSELY!! Thank You!! Best Buy, you all have a rare gem... To say "these kind of people are hard to find these days" sounds cliché. But this time, it's complete truth!

I ordered new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and am so pleased. Cody and Darius came out today to deliver and connect my fridge. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond during the entire process. Thank you!

Went to look at wifi extenders. They really didn't have but a few to choose from. Nothing under $30. But the floors sales/customer service young lady was very nice answered the questions I had and was very patient with my grandbabies.

I was looking for a replacement radio for my 1995 Mercedes SL320. Best Buy is offering free install on certain price systems and the salesman found one that met all of my wants. Even scheduled the install for tomorrow.

Had a new car stereo and backup cam purchased and installed in my Jeep. Initially I would have had two appts today for the install, however Caleb was great and ended up doing both in the first appointment. Very satisfied with the service keep up the good work. Thanks Caleb!

New tv is amazing and the young gentleman salesmen helped me carry the large tv to checkout and even helped us properly and safely load it into an admittedly undersized back seat. This was on 08/10/11 so shoutout to the employees. Always willing to help every time

The sales associate that helped was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me make a wireless surround sound system. I had endless questions about configuration and capabilities. Everyone was helpful.

Had some questions about home stereo and Bluetooth components. Spoke to Shelby who was very generous with his time and patient with my questions. I ended up making a purchase that worked out very well. He also told me that they have a service where they can send a person to your house and assess your needs without cost.
