Great service,shop definitely has "seasoned "mechanics and most shops have newer mechanics also ( got to learn,right),your definitely in good hands,I have 25 yrs as motorcycle mechanic, this shop IS the place to take your 4 wheeled vehicle,flat out!

Badger State Tire totally exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My old truck needed several repairs, and they were very communicative and explained everything very well so that I could understand what the problems were and what did/didn't need to be done. Even with all of the work my truck needed, the rates were more than reasonable, they got it in and out quickly and I'm very happy! I highly recommend them, I know that I will be going back for anything I need in the future!

I'm from out of town and was trying to get back home when my tire started losing air pressure at a fairly alarming rate. I called 3 different tire shops in the area, and they were all willing to help me (NEXT WEEK).

But who else is going to help you on a Friday at 4pm??

The last tire shop I spoke with said: "if you can limp to the other side of town, Badger State Tire might be able to help". I finally arrive with just a few minutes to spare and the boys, (well within their right to turn me away, knowing full well that this could keep them past closing) decided to help me anyway!

THAT RIGHT THERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

That is what you call going above and beyond for an out of town stranger!!

One of the most reliable and honest repair business is I know of in the area. We take our car there every time it needs work.. There a fast efficient and extremely reasonable. They are the only ones we trust to work on Our vehicle. If you're looking for someone honest and trustworthy look no further.

Great service, easy to deal with. What I liked was price per tire included, mount, balance, and install. When I got the bill no extras like shop fees. Just per tire price, and tax.

I called Tom a few months back after I put a small lift on my truck and was looking at for a particular set of tires. I previously had 275's and I was looking for 285's to get a little bigger. He took the time to explain tire sizes to a nube like me and got me set up with tires that were substantially cheaper than the ones I was looking at, that were even better. Most places will just take the money and run, not Badger State Tire. I'd recommend this place to anyone, even out of the area. I'm from Appleton and took it to Berlin because Badger State Tire is the best!
