I tried the Po Boy shrimp sandwich. I was honestly curious how they got shrimp onto a sandwich but they managed to do it quite well! Their S.W Egg Rolls with a side of sour cream was deep fried deliciousness. Also their spicy bloody Marrys are excellent. Perfect blend of spice and liquor.

So this is mostly a typical Wisconsin tavern, BUT they have a dining area, and some of the best broasted/fried chicken I've ever had. Their Friday all you can eat Fish and Chicken is not to be missed. The wings are also pretty darn good. They are super casual and you can expect a long wait, so I recommend making a reservation. Sit at the bar and drink! The FIBS are usually done with their Boating by 4, so get there early! They have some craft beer on draft, as well as a frozen margarita machine. (get the 50/50 mix Strawberry and Regular trust me) AND you can get them to go! It may not look like much, but this place is definitely worth stopping by for.

Great place, got served at the bar..ribs and broasted chicken for $20. Can't beat it!

We ate at the Bar. Jen was fabulous even though the Bar was busy she engaged in conversation and always had a smile. We had the Broadted Chicken delicious! Stop here you will not be disappointed.

Was there this past Saturday. Chicken was great. On Sunday, attended a private wedding reception. Service, food and drinks were superb.

Stopped in for a quick drink on a hot day, they make you feel like they have known you all your life, friendly fun bartender even took time with my child. So we left and came back for supper after fishing Twin Lakes, and the food was amazing and so much of it! Great prices! Friendly people! Great food!!! We will definitely return on our next visit to WI!!!

We went for the Friday fish fry in mid-afternoon. Center House was recommended by multiple friends. It was the best fish fry we've had! The batter was light and the fish was tender and flaky. The service was quick and friendly. We'll definitely come back.

Best broasted chicken and fish in the area. Baked PARMESAN haddock out of this world. Pizza are amazing as well. Just all around great FOOD!

Great stop for a quick drink! Older hole in the wall atmosphere, tho clean and fresh inside. Friendly staff was quick to offer us service. Did not eat, but food menu looked tasty. Would stop in again if we were in the area!

I was back in Wisconsin and went to Central's for the fish fry. Both the Walleye and Perch were very good. Drinks were good and fast and service was good.

The most delicious baby walleye plate ever. Only $10.95 on Wednesdays. Our server, Amanda, was fantastic.
