These are the guys. Thanks for rescuing us from our shower DIY plumbing job here in Montello. Guys were out in a timely fashion and were reasonable. Have used in the past and will use again! Superb

I don't remember the plumber's name, but he was awesome. Promptly found the leak and it was fixed quickly.. Will use them in the future.

We had a water leak issue that forced us to shut the main water off to the building and needed it fixed before our Sunday Services. Pinnacle was the only Plumbers that made us a priority so we could use our building on Sunday. They were very understanding of our situation and got the job done promptly. The called me back within 30 min of leaving a message and they were very easy to work with.

For my buildings in downtown Ripon I had initially used a few different plumbers. But after a plumbing emergency due to a DIY project gone bad, Pinnacle Plumbing was there within a half-hour and they have been my go-to (and only) plumbers ever since. They have done jobs big and small here, the owner Todd responds to my questions as quickly and courteously as anyone in the business, and their prices are competitive with other plumbers. But it really was them rushing to my rescue at a time of need that won my loyalty. Thank you, Todd, Mike, and Bennett!

Pinnacle did a great job. The communication was good. The job got done in the time they said even though they ran into some issues getting the shower in the bathroom. They got it figured out and done in one day. We are very happy with shower they replaced in our tiny bathroom.

Todd and team were quick to respond, followed up and executed as stated. I had reached put to 3 or 4 others that never even called me back or failed to follow-up.
Pinnacle worked clean, the staff communicated well and I am very pleased with the results. They installed a new water softener and water heater for my home.

Good place to get screwed. These guys did a horrible job. Installed two outside faucets that leak and a t-manifold for the washer that was backing up. Est total little over 3k ...great job guys. Illinois prices must be doing great for you guys...
