Hill & Harbour Veterinary Center

We found Hill and Harbour when seeking a new vet for our cats after one was really sick. They've been so caring to all of our cats and are fantastic with the medications needed. Our cats love all of the attention they get when they go to the office. We recommend them to everybody.

Recently made the switch to Hill & Harbour from a vet in Providence. So far the care my dog has received from them has been great! The staff is so friendly and compassionate. I also love that they have a yearly payment option so you get the wellness visits, flea/tick medication, and some other services at a reasonably set price per month. It's nice knowing what the cost will be upfront.

They are very kind caring and professional and they treat my Kimmy so well! She actually loves going to the vets!

Compassionate care, thorough explanations phrased in a manner that I could understand. All options provided, but no pressure to pursue anything that I was uncomfortable with. Dr. Schoen is the BEST!

Dr.Schoen and all of his staff and technicians are truly wonderful folks who really are passionate about their care for pets. We moved halfway across the state, and still make the trip with our pups to EG for them. Their office team is great, as well. We’ve never had a bad experience!

Compassionate vets willing to explain what's going on! Decent pricing and very thorough vets and staff. They squeezed us in last minute because our dog had an ear infection (they are open Sundays 🙌🙌🙌). They explained what was going on and showed us how to administer the meds. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we came here to put our 18 year old dog mersifully down. The staff was super kind and understanding. They gave her an ice cream sandwich while we waited. They gave us as much time as we needed with her before and after. They let us leave though a side door as to not have to pass by other patients and their families.

Her remains were packaged up nicely and respectfully in a very nice urn. And a week later we received this card with her paw print and signed by the staff. For being such a sad moment in my family's lives; it was handled with so much care. And it is greatly appreciated.

My cat sitter recommended Hill and Harbor after my former vet retired. From the first visit I felt relieved and thankful. Every person I interacted with made me feel as though my needs and concerns were their priority. Both Dr. Schoen and Dr. Packard provide the range of information from which I could make choices, and gave honest input in response to my questions. When the time came for me to assess the quality of life my older, special needs kitty had, everyone was kind and caring. The entire staff sent their sympathies, with personal notes about their brief but special memories of my sweet cat. When I arrived to bring her home, they greeted me at the door to ask how *I* was doing (and my kitty at home, looking for her friend). I'm writing this long review because it is no small thing to find this kind of care...

I have two doodle girls, and we've been seeing Dr. Packard and her team of techs for several months now. I truly can't say enough about her expertise, professionalism, and compassion -- my dogs are in great hands with her, and the peace of mind this provides me is invaluable. The app also makes scheduling and asking questions a breeze! So grateful for this practice and its staff.

We have seen both Dr. Snow and Dr. Schoen and had great experiences with them. Their staff is extremely friendly and we have always been seen on time. Vets are thorough. We love having a vet-owned, non-corporate practice nearby to bring our dogs.

I have two dogs that I take there. I've been there for a few years now, and all the doctors and texts are amazing and really care for your pets. Offer both daytime and evening appointments. The app is excellent too!

We had a guinea pig emergency our previous vet no longer had a exotic vet doctor-called every vet to no avail. Then we contacted Hill and harbour and werent sure if we could be seen. Dr snow and his staff were excellent and our guinea pig is doing fabulous. They even called to see how he was doing. Thank you

My dog Bailey was sick and her vet would not see her right away. I called Hill and Habour and I was able to get a visit for her the same day. They were kind,courteous and very caring. They provided excellent care and continued support. Bailey saw Dr. Packard and she truly cared, she had me call for the next few days to let her know how Bailey was doing. I have found a new Vet for Bailey. Thank you.

The staff is kind, thorough, attentive, and skilled. Dr. Packard is exceptional. She is detailed, thinks critically and carefully about each case, and takes your intuition and preferences as a pet owner into account. it is truly a collaborative experience. The facility is clean and inviting and they generally run on time. Perhaps a bit pricier than places we've gone in the past, but I feel I'm paying for high quality care. Very pleased.

We had an issue with our dog Bailey this morning. Spoke with the doctor and he had us bring her in right away. As ALWAYS, he took exceptional care of our dog today. He is completely thorough and EXTREMELY smart. He treats his patients like they are his own pets. He is kind, and compassionate and all of his staff are extremely helpful and professional. If anyone is looking for a vet, Hill & Harbour is where you want to go.
