We have had to visit the walk in clinic 3 times since moving to the area 8 months ago. All 3 times the front desk was helpful and friendly. The service we received was good on all 3 occasions. My dad is visiting from out of state and his medicare was not coming up as covered when he needed to be seen, Jean from the billing department was friendly and told us what info to send so they could file and try to get it covered. Very pleased with this location!

I have been receiving health care from Dr Hein. She and her nurse, Lisa, have been outstanding. They have worked very hard to streamline some appointments and I feel well cared for. They are personal & professional. I do ‘t Feel Luke a number whatsoever. Highly recommend.

My son wasn't feeling well at all so I didn't want to make the drive to Oshkosh which I should of just done right away! The receptionist was the rudest lady I have ever met hello news flash if your in that kind of setting kindness goes a long way anyways I left the house in a rush to have him seen therefore no purse nothing and she wouldnt look him up in the computer or nothing without the insurance card therefore I said very nicely I will drive to Oshkosh so he can be seen and properly taken care of her response have a great day!

Very frustrating!! I had an appointment I had down for 8:15 am. I got there at 8:00. Receptionist told me my appointment was for 7:50 am. She informed me that I had to reschedule. Seriously, I drove 1/2 hour which is no big deal. But when do you ever get into a Dr on time. We usually have to wait lots longer than 10 minutes. I know they are busy but 10 minutes??? I will not reschedule there.

I was in an accident and was taken to Thedacare in Berlin. I had a fracture and was set up with an orthopedic doctor the next day. The next day I received a call telling me my insurance is not in network. I called my insurance and they told me that due to the accident and the fact that they have no in network orthopedic doctors within 100 miles, Thedacare should submit a prior authorization with the insurance and it will be covered. Here is where Thedacare could improve on their service:

I call the clinic back and they tell me they do not do prior authorization and the orthopedic doctor is retiring so I need to go somewhere else. This was only after she wanted to know where I live and why I had the insurance that I have. Keep in mind I am going through this with a painful fracture. Just stay away from Thedacare for your own good.

Would not recommend this place to anyone..they have a sign listed for wait times, but dont use it..they let me & my 2yr sit in waiting room puking for 30mins, before i said how much longer only to tell me another 30mins, we left went to ER! Very Rude Lazy people at front desk.

The wait time said 60 mins when I arrived at 915am - 930am...its now almost 11am and still waiting... Went to go ask how long and SHE doesn't know...Only one slow doc. Come on.

No follow ups, not adequate care, going back to Oshkosh

Terrible service, didn't listen, didn't help. Do not go here unless you have to.
