Mapes Hotel

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel just steps from all of the great things Ripon has to offer. I stayed in Rm 305 with a nice view of Ripon College. The room is a suite with a good sized living room and a full kitchen with plenty of cups/dishes etc. The bathroom is nicely done with a large walk in shower. Bedroom had a very comfortable king bed.
I was a bit concerned about the fact that there is no staff on-site but the check in process was very easy and located at the entrance near the convenient parking lot behind the hotel. I would definitely suggest a visit and will plan to stay here again.

The Mapes Hotel did not disappoint! It was an incredibly clean unit that was decorated beautifully! We loved everything about it!! The check in process was hassle free and the hotel was amazing!!! We will definitely be back and will tell our friends and family about it. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed!

Excellent property! Newly renovated, very clean with nice furnishings. Centrally located in downtown Ripon. Book a room. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Mapes Hotel. The rooms were very clean and large. We were located right in the middle of wonderful shops and restaurants. Walking through campus was easy and convenient. Extra supplies (coffee) were available at all times. We had a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mapes Hotel! Everything about our stay was perfect. We were in town for a track and field meet at Ripon College so the location was perfect, and also gave us the opportunity to frequent local restaurants and the coffee shop across the street. Downtown Ripon is really a hidden gem - so many cute shops and good restaurants. We are hoping to be back next season!

This was such an incredible hotel, and much needed for the avid business traveler. I truly felt like I was at home. Their attention to detail was so impressive. And they have a washer and dryer free of use!

From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, I was "wowed!" It gives the feeling of a quaint downtown hotel from years-gone-by coupled with a new, fresh look. The king bed was super comfortable. And while I didn't use the kitchen, it had all the amenities and was beautifully decorated with many small accents. The large shower was a treat as well!

Mapes Hotel is the best!

We loved the Mapes! We stayed in the beautifully renovated, huge two-bedroom Suite 404. Very clean,
comfortable and pretty. Great location on the main street of town. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had the privilege of seeing the Mapes Hotel during its renovation and all I can say is WOW! It's stunning. Every detail here is well thought out. The rooms and amenities make you immediately feel at home. And once you step out the front door you are right in the middle of charming Downtown Ripon. Thumbs up!

There is no front desk but they are as virtual as possible they have a 24 hour phone number you can call if needed, everything was clean and they had a full kitchen if you wanted to make your meals

Beautiful boutique hotel downtown Ripon. Walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery and the cutest shops! Perfect place for a getaway! Completely remodeled. Everything was done beautifully. Like a little apartment. I could have moved right in!

Nice rooms with a full kitchen, wifi, cable, everything one would expect from a nice hotel. The one thing you won't find is a front desk. Check in is done via emailed code and a lock box. Convenient for many, difficult for some.
I found it to be a great place to stay. Walking distance from much of the Ripon fun, very affordable and a great night of sleep.

This building has been wonderfully renovated. Spacious rooms! Love the full kitchen, large bathroom, & the amazing window shades! Great location! Truly appreciate the fact that the history of the Mapes name has been continued!

We called at the last minute and took the last room available. It was beautiful even though the view wasn’t the best, the furnishings and decor made up for it! The shops were within walking distance and everyone was so friendly! It was a great place to spend our anniversary. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and we will be back.

The Mapes exceeded our expectations! We have traveled many places in the US and abroad, and were not expecting that caliber of a hotel in a Ripon, Wisconsin! Well thought out to include the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated and across the street from restaurants and a coffee shop. Highly recommended!

BEST boutique Hotel in Ripon WI. Wonderful experience and we cannot wait to come back. The rooms were beautiful and there is so much space. Loved having a full kitchen for our getaway.

Amazing - simply amazing. Beautiful, stylish, well thought out. Stunning landscaping. We were in town for a wedding and everyone was impressed with Mapes. We will be back. Jane was super nice and accommodating when making our reservations.

Very unique experience. Fully gentrified with plenty of historic touches. Each room has a different layout and feels more like a small apartment than hotel room.

Mapes Hotel in Ripon, WI was a beautiful place to stay. Went to a wedding a short distance away. Really enjoyed coming back and enjoying sitting in the courtyard. Such gorgeous rooms.
