I had a facial from Rachel and eyelash extensions from Valerie!!! Both were incredible services . They both truly care about their clients and took the time to make sure I got what was best for me. The facial was one of the best I’ve ever had - with hand and arm massage and foot massage too! So relaxing . I had never had my lashes done and Val did an incredible job . She did exactly what I was wanting 🤩🤩🤩

My husband and I got a massage and a pedicure. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had a lot of laughs and left feeling relaxed. Highly recommend coming here for any of the services they offer.

Elite Retreat is a beautiful space...lovely design and artfully decorated. This morn I had one of the best massages of my life with Drew Smith...strong yet sensitive hands, warm personality, soothing massage room. Bonus: appointments can be booked on-line 24/7. I can't wait to return.

Andy is the best massage therapist I have ever been to! He is highly trained, including prenatal and postnatal massage, and is extremely knowledgeable. If you are a woman who may feel uncomfortable having a male massage therapist, let me put your worries to ease. He is great!

Let me urge you to run, not walk, to this set of services. Elite Retreat is a collective of Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Barbers, Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Nurses and Artists. In addition to regular pedicures, you can also book medical pedicures for those that have compromised wound healing or other co-morbidities that cause severe edema or wounds. I've had personal experience with both types of pedicure and can highly recommend them. Even my 93 year old mother is comfortable there, for the medical pedicures! Elite Retreat is an incredible resource for the Klamath Basin.

We went for a work girls day and all the staff was phenomenal! They were very accommodating and got us all in on short notice. It is such an amazing atmosphere and so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Beth did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly the color I was asking for. And the salon is beautiful and clean.

I had purchased a medical pedicure for my mom and they completely took care of her. They were super kinda to us and very careful with her feet. My mom even made the comment "it was the best pedicure I have ever had ".

I receive a pedicure from an excellent provider. Since each provider has her own room, social distancing is not an issue. My provider also wore a mask.
