Great walking path around the outside of this harbor area. A few food spots, coffee, and seating to enjoy a beautiful day.

Houses some of the best dining spots in all of Oxnard - Waterfront Restaurant, Moqueca Brazilian Cuisine and SeaFresh! Yum :-) Scarlett Belle Event Cruises, Blue Ocean Kayaking, Channel Islands Parasail (some of Oxnard's biggest attractions) are all docked at Marine Emporium Landing! Definitely worth a visit!

Plenty of activities to do from Jet ski, electric boat parasail and kayak rentals. These a few really nice restaurants and more.
