Dinner in the bar. Piano player. Toffee sticky pudding was superb. Filet very tasty and the pork schnitzel was cooked perfectly.

We did the fondue and for dinner I had the duck and my husband had the waygu beef. Our food was delicious, service was top notch, and the piano music was delightful. This was a wonderful dining experience and I recommend to anyone who wants a unique and special experience. Bonus: ski casual is the norm and you will not be out of place in jeans.

We were nine diners sitting on a great patio. The menu had a wide variety of choices though not extensive number of items. Service was impeccable and everyone loves their food, from soup or steak tartare, to salmon, pasta, and goulash.

Simply the Best! I had the opportunity to go for the new menu! Beautifully composed, exciting flavors! This is a must for any trip to Sun Valley!

Made reservations to have dinner at the Ram, and I'm glad we did. This was really the only time we spent at the resort, and the feel of the Ram definitely gave you glimpses into the history of the place. Staff was exceptional and had great information about the menu options. I got the special of the night (pork schnitzel with a cranberry relish, potatoes and an amazing pickled cabbage) while my wife had trout. Both dishes were expertly prepared and really delicious. Moreover, the portions were rather generous. There was a great ambiance with the piano music, views into the kitchen, and just the wonderful charm of the room. Yes, it isn't cheap, but it is worth it to experience the Sun Valley Resort in all its Glory!

The food is so good here, especially the fondue and the strawberry bun dessert (wow). Very good service. Their romaine and anchovy salad could use more anchovies, but overall, this is a great choice.

What a classic venue with an interesting history dating back to the beginning of Sun Valley. Service was excellent and attentive by Mihai. Food was delicious and drinks were tasty. Can't go wrong with this selection, a real winner any time for any special occasion.

Beef Tenderloin was incredible. The potatoes with sauce were some of the best I've had. The beer selection was unique with hard to find selections. The dessert menu was unique. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because my dad thought the pianist played way too much sound of music and not much else.

Deborah and Nicole were amazing! We had such a pleasant time here. Delicious food & fair prices. I will be back when I visit again! :)

Main course King salmon on black rice and sweet potatoes. Husband had special Sole stuffed with snow crab. Both were exceptional meals. Dessert was sticky Toffee pudding. Yum. Husband had a New Old Fashioned drink, I had wine. Both perfect. Our waiter Mihai was amazing. Very attentive, but not too much. This is fine dining restaurant.

The ram really delivered for us with a large group arriving with a last minute need. Excellent service menu variety wine list options and overall Ambience first rate.

The ram was the best dining experience of our trip to Sun Valley. The entire staff were very friendly, very attentive, and very professional. The chef came out from the kitchen and introduced himself and explained how the dishes were prepared. Everyone in our party said their food was amazing. The chef checked on us again to see how we liked our meals. The chef heard it was our anniversary and sent out dessert. Even though we had a magnificent gourmet meal, the bill was very reasonable. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often. We will definitely come back. A+

The Ram is a great place for dinner. I like going in the summertime and sitting outside on the patio listening to the piano player. It’s also great in the winter time. They also just remodeled the whole thing. Lots of really nice furniture.

The ram is the best! Delicious food and amazing vibes. The best part though was by far the service-everyone made us feel so welcome. Our server Kate was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was attentive, helpful, and so patient. Will definitely be returning!

No wonder this place was one of Hemingway’s favorites! Excellent service and delicious food. Romantic atmosphere with a historic feel. If you’re in the Sun Valley area be sure to dine here - if not, you’re missing out!

Best restaurant in Ketchum/Sun Valley…. Hands down. Great food, great ambiance, not overly loud or quiet. Great food. Super service. Baller piano player.

Pretty good food. Covid makes reservations tougher to get so plan ahead. The New York strip was delicious.

BTW don't listen to the negative reviewer who was complaining about "Mormon" music. The piano music was good and diverse when I was here. I only noticed a couple melodies that happen to have a hymn associated with them also.
