We had a great dinner with this team and Tia was a great server! The Manager Jude also checked on us to ensure we were satisfied with our meals and service. This is a great team! My husband and I will visit this location again

Attended 3-course brunch event and it was amazing. The only down side is that I’m vegetarian but they accommodated me whole heartedly on no bacon with shrimp and grits. Everything was good. The drinks were exceptional. The staff was very professional and accommodating as much as they could be. Will def do this again if they have another event. And then price was great also.

My server Anthony was kind and attentive. And Jude as also personable and engaging. I appreciate the way we were treated and look forward to going back to that location. Oh and the food is was amazing!

First time at the West palm location, was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. The bartender Jamie was so wonderful, very knowledgeable on the menu and answered my 100 questions lol, she was very sweet, then the manager Jude came and talked with us, knew I loved artichoke and they have a new item on the menu and he ordered it for us to try. They were delicious. I appreciate the offer. What a wonderful first experience we will be back.

Jude Chassagne, the managing partner, is the real deal. We needed a minor correction to one of our guests meals and he personally came out and took great care of it and us. He shared a few minutes with us in a pleasant conversation and was very professional and accommodating. We felt like we were eating at the fanciest restaurant in town with a chill vibe and diligent servers. Brandon was our server and I’ll never choose someone else, he was on top of our table and didn’t miss a beat. His smile was contagious and care was appreciated. Thank you Bonefish grill for making our special day even more special as we were celebrating a great day out with a dear friend.

We had the best experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent. The food and service was second to none. It was crowded and we were attended to fairly quickly. I would highly suggest and recommend eating here. Christian and Alex were the best in service! Friendly and attentive and they aimed to make sure we were taken care of.

Service was slow but food was worth the wait. Butterfish topped with creamed spinach and crabmeat. Flourless brownie with ice cream, key lime cake, cheesecake and pumpkin lava cake also shown.

The food was amazing. Prepared with great quality of service. The atmosphere was perfect. Lighting and layout of restaurant are great however, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff are very pleasant, attentive, and provided for a wonderful experience. Brittany our dining assistant was absolutely amazing. Kind personality with a warm inviting spirit. I will most definitely be back soon!

Britney our server was exceptional . She was very attentive and thoughtful. She was light hearted. We had the coconut pine for desert. It was delicious, out of this world. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for down to earth , friendly atmosphere. Please come over you will not regret.

Had a great dinner with friends at the PGA location. Our server Toria Tracy was outstanding. We knew immediately that we were going to be taken great care of. Very knowledgeable and just a great personality. The manager, Jude was also very nice. We told him how much we appreciated Toria. Our food and drinks were excellent.

Excellent service and good food at good price. We got fried calamari, bottle wine, salmon platter and black end shrimp with street mexican corn, both delicious and perfectly done. Food came fast. our server was very relevant and good. Well worth it!

We were seated by the hostess I think her name was Naomi. She had an infectious smile and she made sure that we were satisfied with our table. She really set the tone for the whole experience. Toria was our server and she too was very welcoming. Explained the specials and made sure that through out the evening that we were satisfied and taken care of. We go out often and these 2 ladies were among the best.
Managing Partner Jude checked on us and obviously runs a great restaurant with excellent service. By the way our meals were really good!

Our server, Toria Tracy was awesome and amazing. She really made us feel comfortable and she appeared to be very knowledgeable. Jude Chassagne came over while Toria was serving to ask us how we were doing and he was also amazing and awesome. What a great team you have working there. What a great asset your server is to Bonefish Grill!!!!

My BF and I are regular customers. We went on Friday night and, as always, asked for seating on the patio because we brought the pup with us. We were surprised to hear from the hostess that they were not serving on the patio due to a staff shortage.
Mark, the manager, stepped in and offered to help us with it to go order and told us we could enjoy it on the patio.
He took our order himself and told us to take any table on the patio.
Mark went out of his way to have our to go order plated and brought it outside to our table himself.
He spent time talking to us, asking us questions about our dining experience, and providing us with great service.
We are regulars at Bonefish and the food is always enjoyable , but our meal on Friday night really stood out. The sirloin and grilled shrimp were perfectly prepared. My Parmesan crusted trout, which I’ve had many times, was delicious. The Parmesan crust was extra crunchy and added to the flavor and texture of the fish.
Mark really outdid himself and is an asset to the Bonefish brand. His effort should be recognized. Thanks again Mark for going above and beyond.

I hate being last to be served and even so, the food was on point and the right temp for me. I don’t like food that’s too hot. I don’t eat grits, but I did today!! I don’t normally pick eggs Benedict, but I changed my mind today! The French toast had a great crust and still fluffy inside. The ousting of the drinks was perfection! Don’t drink the sangria until they finish the presentation because it has 2 steps. Inviting more friends next time.

This was my first time here and I can see why my parents love this place. Alexis my sever was fabulous. She had such a cool personality and definitely a rockstar. I had the shrimp tacos with fries, delicious. I wish there was one in New York City where I live. Loved it!

- We did the Brunch and it was out of this world.
- The Shrimp and Grits was legendary with Crispy Bacon.
- The Bang Bang Eggs Benedict was also amazing! The hollandaise sauce had great flavor along with the Pouched Egg being the right consistency.
- The finally was the Creme Brulee French Toast. The outside is the French Toast was crispy and the inside was soft.
- Amazing Experience!

Excellent dinner. Had 7 o’clock reservations. Staff seated me on time. Our waiter was awesome and food was great. Specials were off the hook and my wife’s order was actually correct. No complaints from her another Easter miracle. lol
