Philip and Pierre were both super, efficient, friendly and professional, all at the same time. I don’t make it a habit on coming in at closing time but today I had to. They happily helped and got us all out of there in a jiffy. I so appreciate them! Thanks again!

Amazon returns are extremely fast at this location, and the two guys that help are always so nice. I should have asked their names. One is young with dark hair and the other has a beard. LOL Great customer service, these two!

I had recently ordered a bunch of things off Amazon for a baby shower, and some of the product just wasn’t what we were expecting, so I needed to return a bunch of boxes, some big and some small. Well I decided to use this location since it’s right up the road. Let me tell you!! I was helped by this really nice guy named Calvin! He was the best!! Made everything a breeze for me! I was expecting a difficult time just bc I had so much stuff, but he helped me navigate the return option through my app, and literally handled EVERYTHING for me! I just stood back in awe of how nice and accommodating he was! You don’t get great customer service too often anymore, but he was AMAZING!!! I will continue to use this ups store from now on bc of the outstanding customer service, knowledge, and a friendly smile!!! Thank you Calvin for making this a quick and simply task for me in these busy times! 10 stars!!

I had 33 packages all shipping to different locations and Noah put in so much work to process them all one by one! I didn’t expect anyone to be happy to be shipping out such a large number of packages but Noah was incredibly patient and kind. It took almost 2 hours to process all the packages but He did it all with a smile! Noah deserves a raise for such great customer service.

My Roomate had to leave for a family emergency and left some important paperwork behind. I of course told him I would have them shipped to him immediately! I went into this location, and Calvin was behind the counter, he made everything a breeze for me and my friend to receive his papers asap and securely. Thank you Calvin! You literally saved the day!

Not sure what these other reviews are talking about. I went to this location on a Thursday at noon and was immediately assisted. The gentleman helped me find an appropriate container for what I was sending. There were no issues with getting the correct information into the system and on the label.

A sign in their shop does say that they do Passport photos, but I confirmed with multiple people that were in there that they DO NOT take passport photos, so if you need that done, there is a CVS very close by that can handle that for you.

The people complaining about this place probably try to order a burger at a place that only sells tacos.

Preferred UPS store in the Gardens. While I’ve had positive experiences with the UPS store on Northlake, this one has easier parking, much more room inside and it never never seems to be as crowded - so it’s usually a quick in and out.

Great employee, I didn’t get his name but he was kind, professional and helped me out. I hope he gets a better job because the clientele in there is awful, so many angry people with no patience in there. Why can’t people just be polite, say thank you and smile? I really like the employees in there and they should put out a tip jar because they prob don’t get paid enough to deal with the angry manager guy and the nasty entitled Karens that frequent the place. I commended this young man for putting up with all the BS. I also enjoyed the nice employee doing the Amazon returns he had a big smile on his face even when the manager guy was losing it on the nasty customers. That poor manager needs a vacation. Customer service jobs are brutal, I know bc I also deal with the public. Be grateful people! Thanks for shipping my stuff and I hope all the nice employees have a happy healthy holiday season.

Great store and wonderful customer service. The young men working here are fast, thorough, and knowledgeable. Most of the time I come in for simple returns, they get me in and out quickly. If I ever have any questions about shipping or any of the other services, they are friendly and quick to answer. This location is easily the best UPS store in the county.

Walked in and even with their masks on I could tell they were smiling. The eyes and tones of voices let me know they were smiling ;)
They treated my hubby and I so well. Felt like they really cared to help us. I wish I would have remembered their names but the young man at the counter on 6/30/20 was very nice. The young lady with the glasses is a sweetheart. “Ella habla Español” for all our Spanish neighbors. Thank you kindly for helping this old lady with her phone/email 🙂 Keep up the great work and thank you for being there for us during the coronavirus.

The lady that helped me today was awesome! She could tell I was having a bad day and my daughter was being a typical six year old that was bored. She put my daughter to work as I was trying to find out my att account number to return their modem. My daughter was begging for bubble wrap and she told her she had to "work" for it. My daughter had a great experience for an ordinary trip to UPS. It really made my day to see this lady go out of her way so our experience would be a memorable one. At the end she rewarded my daughter with a little bit of bubble wrap. I will definitely be using this store again.

So pleasant and helpful! I've had horrible experiences at other UPS locations and I'm very happy to have found this one. They acknowledged me when I walked in and as I waited. They offered to print tracking receipts and went above and beyond.

The manager Mr. Gregg, was really awesome today. Went out of his way to help me with my situation. The store has that mom and pop feel to it where they go out of their way to help you. It was really about helping others rather than the bottom dollar.

One of my favorite places in the neighborhood and almost no one gets five stars from me. :)

Every time I come here, the service is quick and the employees are kind. There is never a wait, and I'm always assisted by an efficient associate with a smile.

People here are super friendly with such seamless process of posting, notaries and photocopies. The guys here helped us out every step of the way! Will keep coming back here again and again, for sure.
