Steve's Repair / SS Repair

I've never been more happy with automotive services. My husband called about my vehicle, it was shaking really bad. They said they were really busy this week but to bring it in to hook up to the computer to find out what was wrong and they could probably get me in next week. I called this morning to see if they knew what was wrong and possibly get an appointment for next week... to my huge surprise they said it will be done in about 10 minutes, they had the part in stock. My husband has used Steve's for years and I used to take my car out of town, but I will now only take my vehicle to Steve's. Highly recommend!

Steve and Sam always fix everything anytime I bring my car there. I highly recommend going there.

Very friendly and willing to go above beyond. Best price for a battery and installation I could find in my area. I have an Impala of a certain year that only dealers or repair shops will put it in.

After having my diagnostic appointment pushed back by another local mechanic shop in town I went to Steve's Repair to have my car fixed. They diagnosed my car on the spot an found that my car was possibly misfiring due to spark plugs or ignition coils and fixed my car within a week. They also found that my throttle body was coming off (possibly due to the shaking from the misfiring I believe) an fixed that as well. They were very reasonable with their quotes and answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. I would definitely recommend Steve and Sam to my family and friends. 👍

Great shop nice guys .. I had a broken wire on a fuel injector and they fit me in last minute to get it fixed and I also had an issue with my hood latch and they fix that and was very reasonable priced..

Friendly, helpful, and gets you in quickly. This is the first place I go for car problems.

I am more than disappointed in Steve. I brought a vehicle to him to replace a carburetor. He didn't remember speaking to me twice. Lost phone numbers. When I asked about the progress (since I never got a phone call) he decided he didn't want to replace the carb. It was absolutely ridiculous! He didn't even quote me a good price. I was willing to pay more since this vehicle means so much to me. Working with Steve was the worst and I'm deeply saddened and even a little angry this happened. The poorest customer service and communication I have ever experienced. We will continue to bring our vehicles to 1051 Towing and East Side Engines. This man's business isn't worth it's weight in salt.
