Zenergy Health Club and Spa

My husband and I just visited Sun Valley and went to Zenergy for massages. Ingrid was incredible - best massage that I've received. She really listened to what I was looking for and added hot stones which felt so nice. When we return, I'll definitely be looking to book with Ingrid again.

My husband also really enjoyed his massage, I believe his masseuses name was Kristan.

The Spa also has really high end nice products. A wonderful display of Eminence products which are some of my favorites.

Wasn't sure what the atmosphere was going to be since it was attached to a gym. It was top-notch. Quiet, serene, relaxing-everything you look for in a spa. Tommy gave me the most amazing massage. He has a firm but gentle hand and released every knot. Ann gave me a lovely customized facial, and my old tired skin was glowing when I left.

I wish I lived around here so I could join the health club! Booked a treatment (with Heather) and it was excellent. The facilities are pristine and state of the art. The sauna was perfect. All staff were professional and made us feel welcome and encouraged us to stay longer and enjoy the facilities, even tho we were only guests for the day. I hope to come back some day!

It's definitely a very nice place. But not worth the $1000 month membership fee. You can order a massage online and not be a member.

Where or where to begin. By far one of the most professional and lovely places to spend an hour or a day. The management is top notch and it’s obvious in the way the employees all have the best of skills and attitudes. Everyone I’ve worked with from personal trainers to massage therapists are highly skilled and trained at such great standards. I can’t say enough about how lovely the place is. From tennis to the pool with classes all day long you’ll find numerous things to keep your interests.

I come here yearly for some treatments while we are in town. Besides having great offerings in their spa, you can use the facilities for a jacuzzi soak, swim or steam. their showers are clean and spacious as is the lockeroom. The workout space is amazing and very sports training capable. Their facials and body treatments are top notch, with fantastic staff. Anne Leonard gave me an amazing signature facial w/Eminence organics line of products. She is trained in Reiki and the massage was flowing and onpoint. Another impressivemove was she wore a mask, which I totally appreciate. The club has a new filtration system, that masks are not needed, but I felt better being in a closed room. 10 Stars for Anne, you are lucky if you get her.

One of the finest spa/health clubs I've ever patronized.

On a previous visit to Sun Valley, my daughter and I had facials and massages, which we found to be excellent. This week, I had 3 massage treatments this week, each with a different masseuse. All were excellent! Sunday and Tuesday, I had deep tissue massages with Diane and [name forgotten]. Today I had an Orthopedic Massage with River H. which far exceeded my expectations.

The venue is very attractive, clean and well-maintained. I have not used the extensive exercise room, tennis court, the two swimming pools (indoor and out) or any of the fitness classes but I expect they are of similar high quality.

I used the online booking system for my Tuesday and Thursday massage treatments, and it was very easy to use and gave me the flexibility I needed.

Short-term memberships are available, and booking spa treatments above a certain value (check with the venue for the exact amount) allows you to use all of the facilities for the day. I came early and used either the steam room or the sauna prior to my massage. Both were in excellent condition.

Lovely staff, great gym equipment, the outdoor pool and large hot tub are highlights, along with the many classes /staff. An older crowd than the local Ymca, probably because of the price, but really good if you want to workout without waiting for machines and have a high end gym experience. The spa there looks incredible, but I’m yet to experience. The staff really set this place apart as everyone is incredibly friendly and ready to help you at any time.

This place is amazing! It’s a hidden treasure!! The people who are members and the staff are all so welcoming. We pampered ourselves for a week, but this may become an annual event.

We hired a professional trainer who became our friend! We did private pilates sessions, yoga and went hiking! Ut was a well balanced trip! I highly recommend if you’re looking fir a trip to be active yet be pampered. After a day of activity it was always nice to get an 80 min massage! It’s pricey but well worth the money. Life is about balance. Enjoy!

This is by far the best health and fitness center in Idaho. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their amenities are first class. Eucalyptus infused steam rooms, Himalayan Salt wall saunas, diverse gym and cardio equipment, and beautiful heated outdoor pool with a view of Baldy are just some of the things Zenergy offers. My boyfriend and I went to Ketchum to ski and ended up spending the whole weekend at Zenergy! It's the perfect place to spend a romantic weekend and good for the whole family as well. We will definitely be back.

This is a great facility our Nordic Ski Team chooses to use for our strength and conditioning work. Really love the new Pivot Functional Movement studio which has a bunch of new and different types of equipment to get creative with our workouts.

Great health club, nice staff

Fantastic facility. Lots of machines, friendly staff, super clean. Loved the pools. It was the perfect solution to a rainy day.

Great massage by Tanner, deep and ski muscle groups worked out to precision!
