I love this place! Banging deals and awesome staff, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help.. of course I said no but then I was like "oh shoot, I do need help" so I walked over to the front and couple of workers were conveniently at the cash registers, so I asked for some help to get some shoes and they kindly helped me out! I would never hesitate if I ever have to come to this store again! Just a bummer that Nike isn't with Big 5 anymore but that definitely did not ruin my experience!

Edit: Still absolutely love this place, I love their employees! I looked up Big 5 to see if they are a locally owned business and sadly they're not. I always forget that they're a corporation, but still is not enough to ruin my experience with them! I love this place!

Just left Big 5 where I bought a pair of boots for winter. Price was 50% off so we all bought a pair. I'm going to really love these. We got a lot of help from the staff, with an easy checkout. They asked if I wanted to get deals on future items so all I had to do was write my email address down and they do all the rest. A good experience here.

Staff are the best! Always so helpful, and they always keep the store clean and organized. Everything is priced to sell, and I never leave dissatisfied. I get my work shoes here, my recreational sports shoes, and all of my equipment. In the next year or so I plan to purchase and air rifle to hunt squirrels with, and im sure this is where I will stop for that too. So thankful to have this store in town, and I really hope they are here to stay for a very long time.

We just left Big 5 a little while ago. Now we have shopped for a long time there They're prices are comparable to other stores but their sales are out of this world. We are retired and on a budget. The variety of everything is great. But the biggie for us was how nice those young people were and helpful too they go above and beyond. Thanks guys we will be back.

Excellent service and assistance. Not a wise choice to discontinue carrying children's shoes. Big 5 is making our family go out of town. I would just as soon shop local.

I usually have a good experience at this Big 5. They stock pretty good for each appropriate season and they have the expectected sale prices that you fin in Big 5 stores. The email mailer coupons are worth signing up for. I have always had good professional help from the staff. They are very helpful and courteous.

Great staff. I've come here exclusively for running and hiking shoes. All the staff asked if I needed help, they were friendly and helpful. Left there with 2x pairs of shoes for the price I thought I was gonna pay on only 1x pair. I continue to come to Big 5 specifically cause of this experience.

Immediate assistance when I walked in the door. I also asked if the sale item I had a copy of from the paper was still good and he said yes. And if I or a friend gave me an old one less than 30 days they would honor it. Cool, eh.

I purchased a pair of Big 5 name brand shoes, and walked out of the store seemingly on air. A few weeks later I had to take a long walk which ended up being eight miles NOT planned. WHAT NEW pair of shoes could still be so comfortable after eight hours? I've NEVER had this experience, and will be buying Big 5 shoes for the rest of my life.

Lots of sports stuff. Found the right bat, batting gloves, and practice balls for my oldest son. We also found a $20 scooter for the youngest. Good prices! Hopefully the shoppers of Klamath falls will continue to go here and not run this business out of business, like many that have came and gone.

I went into the store tonight and was greeted by a gentleman named Isaiah I came in there just to look I wasn't interested in buying but the gentleman was amazing! He sold me on an air mattress it's the best one I've ever bought he had great customer service I appreciated his help very much I will be back!

Super nice staff. Helped me load my elliptical into my car. Twice because it didnt fit in the front seat. Had to go for the trunk next.
