Shorty's Diner

Service was very friendly and attentive, food was great. I had the chicken fried steak, it was so tender I could cut it with my fork. Sourdough toast was good as well. Atmosphere was a little loud and bustling, which is what I would expect in a busy diner. Would go out of my way to come here again.

We were greeted immediately and seated. Coffee and water were provide so quickly, too! We both had avocado toast. Was delivered much quicker than expected based on how busy it was and it was delicious! Our serve Kaidence was so friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is so cute. Five stars all around!

This diner is a great place to meet up with family! The milkshakes are the bomb dot com!! I had the breakfast burrito and full by the time I got half way. Highly suggest coming here🫶🏻

This restaurant was such a great stop. I've never seen staff that works so well together. We ate there twice and both times they were PACKED but the service and food we're great considering. Definitely will stop again when visiting hailey.

Great place for breakfast. I had the eggs Benedict, and it definitely hit the spot. The milkshakes looked amazing, I'll be getting one on our next visit.

I am vegetarian now vegan. Shorty’s has always made me a vegan skillet and finally put it on menu. It is so good. Family run, happy, wonderful place to eat and meet friends. All good

Good breakfast. Quick service. Best drink refill service I've ever experienced. Had attention from multiple servers the first half of the meal which was nice. Street parking available. I'd return.

I will absolutely return here. It's a cool diner type decorated in white and light blue and metal. They didn't have music playing which was probably good due to the steady chatter from the crowd- and it was crowded. For good reason too! The food was delicious, I got the scrambler, it wasn't super greasy and had a solid amount of veggies and mushrooms and mix-ins. The service was great even with the crowd. They were well staffed and handled everything calmly and politely. I look forward to coming back.

The juevos rancheros was the best I've ever had! They have French vanilla creamer for my coffee, their prices were reasonable. Loved this place!

Great food and friendly staff. It is set up like a "50's" dinner so very fun. It is easy to find and the prices aren't too high. The food portion are large enough to split.

This quaint little 50’s style cafe was a great start to our morning in Hailey. We split the denver omelette since we weren’t too hungry. It was delicious! While it was a little messy to eat because it kept falling apart but that didn’t really change anything. The hash browns were delicious as well, and they actually butter your toast for you. i’ve been to many diners where they don’t do that so i appreciated it. 10/10 recommend to kickstart your day here! Oh also the coffee was great as well.

We wanted a quick, but popular restaurant here. Everyone suggested this place. It didn't disappoint. We grabbed seats at the bar, but there was a few people waiting for a table (Sunday mid-morning). The burger was fresh and the milkshakes are a must. Breakfast options looked delicious. Service was tentative. A must-visit if you're in the area.

Cute place, friendly + attentive staff, and delicious food. I was in the area on vacation for 4 days and came to this diner all 4 days. I can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10

Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered. Bacon; crisp, not burnt cooked to my smokey desires! I had hash browns, golden and cooked all the way! Sausages are fat and tasty. Milkshakes in the glass and the leftovers in the blender cup topped with whipped cream and cherries. And pick a song on the tableside jukebox.

Very friendly and the food was top notch. We ate outside on a perfect morning. Dog friendly outside watching the light bustle of Hailey go by.

Such a fun 50s style diner right in the heart of hailey. Delicious breakfast and lots of options.
They also serve lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was awesome! The steel cut oatmeal was exactly what I wanted. And the waitress made sure all the raisins, brown sugar, walnuts and milk were on the side. Definitely coming back tomorrow morning.

Everything you want from a sophisticated diner. Food always comes out hot. The servers are always on task, and drinks are always toped off, and the food is delicious. We live out of town, but always come here for breakfast at least one morning, and usually more because we like the food so much.

Try Shorty's - you will like it too. Just FYI, they have an espresso machine so you can sip delicious coffee while eating great food!
