I was assisted by Azure. They were sympathetic to my completely dead phone and walked me through the process of buying and setting up a new one. They explained my options clearly and helped me find the products and accessories I needed.
When I first went in I was the only customer, but as others came in Azure was quick to acknowledge them and let them know they would be assisted. My setup was a lengthy process but Azure was able to help me and others at the same time.

Thank you Azure for great service, you always greet everyone that walks through the door, you let us know that you will be with us as soon as possible, and then once you are working with a customer you make them feel as if they are the only one there, no pressure or rushing us through our questions get to the next customer. Greatly appreciated, glad we waited to get back home to purchase our phones, so that we could support local 😎

Azure Ramirez was the most outstanding customer service experience we’ve ever had. Had such a great time doing the tedious phone upgrade! We laughed and had awesome conversations about Star Wars and other common interests. We loved him so much we will probably stop in Verizon time to time just to say hi!

Raney was an awesome sales person and also expertly handled some tech issues I had. I give him my highest rating!

I was treated, quickly, fairly, and courteously by the representative. He was super knowledgeable and helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for.

Azure's smartphone acumen is conspicuous & almost entertaining to watch. I could not have been more impressed with her professionalism & product knowledge, in a store that is known for expensive & inconvenient high turnover. Pay her well!!!! Give her a reason & a future to stay & to continue to make your guest happy.

Janette was great! I came into the store stressed over a lost/stolen phone. She took care of everything.

I enjoyed my experience quite a bit while being there. Sarah was wonderful help and seemed to know a lot about what I needed help with. I highly recommend requesting her assistance. Previous times when I have gone in I have been helped by Lucas and Dakota and have not had my hopes let down. The staffing is absolutely amazing as well as friendly and knowledgeable about all things technology and would recommend going there for any and all cellular needs.

The sales associate accused me of being racist after choosing a white phone. not cool. kidding on a real note Isaiah’s the best Verizon employee ever. I’ve never met anyone in that store that had a sense of humor and actually knew how to do their job. 10/10

Lucas is an extraordinary manager not to mention how all the employees, ALL THE EMPLOYEES are absolutely fun, knowledgeable, efficient and always have a smile! You'll a fool to go anywhere else! Daniel midby, my rep went above and beyond to help me! :) They got me a new phone, new tablet, and DISH!!!! I'm absolutely thrilled!!! Every store needs to be like this!

Robert, Cade and Isaiah in the Hailey store are outstanding representatives of VERIZON! They are always incredibly efficient friendly understanding patient and fun! They have solved all of my problems so quickly , with great skill and always with such good humor. They also understand that not all people are tech savvy and take their time to explain issues in a simple way.It is such a pleasure to be treated with such respect in the service industry. You are very fortunate to have these three remarkable employees!! They deserve special recognition!! Thank you so very much all the help you 3 have given me! I so appreciate you!! 😊

Verizon Rep Amanda Nagy, waited all day for me to come in and move my service from T-Mobile to her attention. She tirelessly assisted me and my friend in my understanding of my new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which I am loving! Amanda
was direct and forthright in answering all my questions and concerns. She made certain that I could take advantage of all promotions available to me at that particular time. She even stayed after closing to make absolutely certain we had taken care of all details necessary. She is an excellent rep and offers stellar customer service! I have been going to the store for a number of years. I have had good experiences and bad. Depends on which rep you get. Lucas has helped me several times and is by far the best rep I have dealt with at this store. He is always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He left the store for a while, and I honestly dreaded going in. But he is back now and things are great again. If you go in, be sure to ask for Lucas!!

I was impressed with the kind atmosphere in the store, I didnt quite know what I was looking for but Sarah definitely helped me figure things out. She was very nice and patient with me. Keep up the good work !

This was our 2nd trip in to the local Verizon store to see Amanda who was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She put a lot of effort into making us feel we had her full attention. We also had a brief encounter with the manager who also was very accommodating.
