First Lite Flagship Store

What an awesome shopping experience. So glad that they opened this store to allow you to come in and try on everything. The best part is the people working here. Dominic (Dom with the accent) is awesome, truly appreciate all of his recommendations and help with everything in the store. My wife and I truly enjoying shopping with Dom and Kieth. We will surely be back. I am looking forward to what first lite is coming out with in the future. Thank you for the awesome visit and take care of Sprig she is a great pup.

Excellent gear can't believe the difference good quality gear makes for scent control and all day comfort in the elements. My buddy and I had great bow hunts in very cold weather. I had numerous deer extremely close to me only got winded once in 6 days.

First time in while on our road trip and it was a great experience. The crew there was extremely helpful, great store only exclusives, and literally everything firstlite makes.

My father and I swung by on our way to Montana for an elk hunt. Dominic was extremely helpful and excited for our hunt. The store is absolutely amazing and has everything you need. 10/10 would recommend!

Dom and Hannah helped us out they are the best! Being able to actually try on and see the products in real life helped us make the correct choices in gear that would be hard online.

Extremely cool place.. We took a decent sized detour on a road trip to come here and it was worth it. Staff was just awesome. Really accommodating, super nice, etc. Really good selection too including some stuff you can't get online. Next time I'm within a couple hours of the place, I'll be back!

Super helpful. Very honest. I was looking for warm weather gear and was dead set on getting a certain pair of pants. But Dominic, Keith and Mary told me those were not the right pants for the job. They talked me out of a sale. That’s how honest. Awesome shop & even more awesome people

the recent edition of the retail store into the valley has been wonderful for the residents and people are more inclined to buy gear to get outside! the workers are amazing and so helpful, specially Hannah and Dom, the handsome australian. great staff, great store, great company!

Friendly, helpful staff. It was great to get to try on the FL gear prior to purchase. Would love to see more FL stores around the country in high demand areas SLC, Denver, etc).

I generously received a Black Friday sale item for Christmas this year but experienced issues with the fit (the shirt hung below my groin and I had no desire present as though I am wearing a nightshirt; I'm gangly). The gift was intended to be used on an upcoming international trip so time was of the essence. I do not live in Idaho so the exchange had to be executed via snail mail.

First Lite understandably has protocols in place to deal with tricky return situations and I wasn't sure what the outcome would be. I never expected Dom, who works outside of the customer service department, to personally handle the situation and even update me via phone call during the multi-day ordeal.

I am so deeply appreciative of everything Dom and Co. did to help me. First Lite's customer service and respect for the human-to-human aspect of these situations really is second to none. I can't wait to shop here again.
