I kept reading that if I wanted an awesome pork chop sandwich this was the place to go. So, my wife and I finally made it last weekend, and WE LOVED IT!!! We were very impressed 👏!!!
You definitely get what you pay for, and I love restaurants that aren't afraid to feed you.
The whop chop was super delicious! With soft and toasted buns, and the juicy and moist pork chop squeezed between them( mouth watering). Also, I really liked the crispy and crunchy batter that surrounded the pork chop.
They aren't afraid to give you what I call jojos!! These were really delicious and had the perfect texture! My wife joked that it is like they just took the potato and cut it in four. Oh, and I had the poppers...AMAZING! They had just the right amount of cream cheese, just the perfect texture, and the perfect crunch to the batter cover.
The lady at the bar who took my order was really friendly and polite!! This place is two thumbs up to me 👍!

This was my first impression of Butte. The staff was friendly and honest. The people there were very friendly and sociable. I’m glad this place was my first look into Butte.

This was such a cute little spot to stop and eat on our drive to Wyoming. Everyone was very welcoming and it had a little but of everything it seems like you could choose from. They also have a kids menu option.

Great menu, burger was excellent sides were great also. The beer happened to be my favorite. Very attentive waitress.

The bartender was a delight and super excited to try my first Whop Chop!! A breaded pork tenderloin better than any I have had before!!! It was an incredible sandwich and their prices can't be beat!!! I highly recommend you stop by this great little bar and place an order!!!

Worth pulling off the freeway for the best sandwich in Montana. Featured on Man vs. Food. The Wop Chop with Joes pairs nicely with a Squirt or a Rainer. A cool little bar with a one of a kind pork chop sandwich.

Many locals recommended this place (often calling it "Muzzie's" FYI) as the real home of the Wop Chop, it was my last stop in town before hitting the road and I was not disappointed. My food was tops, the waitress friendly and funny, the regulars happy to give directions for getting out of town.

Great little local spot that's been around since the early 60's. They also sell pints and fifths and six packs of beer so you could also call them a liquor store. Highly suggest the chop sandwich

My new place for my favorite pork chop sandwich, Omg it was tender, juicy and crispy on the outside, our server was wonder woman. She handled the entire tavern with her two hands. Oh and also took phone in orders like a champ! She was so courteous and upbeat even though she was exhausted. I found out from my mom that her uncle was a steady customer on one of those old counter stools. I loved that. Never close, you guys are amazing

Amazing. From the service to the food. Great food. Love it. I will recommend it for sure.

It gets a little crazy when the locals come to party, but the food is cheap and delicious. We can't get past the gizzards to try anything else! Clean, quaint, plenty of parking for such a small place. 6 booths and 10 barstools, but many folks order takeout. The Sunday evening server was a substitute teacher working a second job to make ends meet. Very friendly and competent in spite of being harried. Ate there 6 years ago and yesterday, would gladly eat there again next time we're in Butte.

My husband grew up in Butte, so when we get back to visit he fills up on all of his childhood favourites! Better than ever!

It's all true... Whatever you have heard positive about this place and it's famous sandwich is TRUE! stop in if you have never... Small seating, so maybe a to go pick up. But the experience of eating there is a good one time stop for sure! (add the spicy mustard)
