The customer service is amazing, always making sure the customer is satisfied and enjoys their time at the store, the delivery people are very careful when moving big or small pieces of furniture or pianos. their love for the community and Pianos is what makes their options great quality for an even better price. Roy and Neil did an awesome job moving our furniture! They cared for it like it was their own! They worked together well for the protection of the furniture and the surroundings as they moved the furniture and loaded it into their truck. They worked overtime to get the job done and done right!

I really appreciate this nonprofit's mission! It was way easier to find a decent piano through their store than trying to catch people on Craigslist because I needed to arrange babysitting.

Their piano selection was wonderful. The staff was really friendly, hands off, and at the same time helpful.

Tasha completed my purchase and explained everything about the delivery clearly. Jordan and Tim delivered the piano on the date expected and within the delivery window. The movers were very respectful of our home and listened to where I wanted the piano.

Overall the experience was awesome and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know that's looking for a piano!

From the moment we were contemplating donating our baby grand to the pickup the entire transaction was so pleasant. Interacting with Douglas - he answered all my questions and was prompt in his communication via phone and text.

My family was looking for a piano for our home, and with the help of Douglas we got a great deal. Douglas was also super helpful with the logistics from moving the piano to transport. I was recently searching for a piano and came across American Samaritan on Facebook. All of their pianos offered transport included within the Denver area and the pianos looked gorgeous. A simple stop at their shop and we were greeted by extremely friendly staff. When we started looking at the pianos, their experts Amanda and Douglas walked us through the ins and outs of the pianos we liked. They showed us the guts of the pianos and taught us what to expect during the years of ownership if we decided to take one home. The entire experience from selection to delivery was smooth and the store communicated with me regularly and openly to make sure our piano got home safe. I couldn’t be more thankful for this store. Check them out!!! Cannot recommend them more and they always get interesting things (including pianos) coming and going.

We came in looking for a used piano and everyone was really helpful in guiding us in the selection process. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly in helping us out, they truly cared about getting us setup with a good piano. The free delivery was really smooth too. I am so glad I found this organization! I was looking for a baby grand piano now that my three kiddos are getting a little older and have been enjoying our electronic keyboard. I found their ad on craigslist and after emailing them I got a phone call that afternoon. I spoke with Douglas, who seems as knowledgeable as he is passionate about pianos and putting the gift music in peoples' homes! His daughter auditioned the piano for me over the phone and I was sold! :) A few days later, two proficient movers came to the house with our new (to us) piano! They moved it in and helped explain some of the cool things about the piano that I had not known about.

As a casual musician, I wasn't exactly sure what I would be looking for in a used piano, but I felt relieved to know that Douglas and his team go over each piano to ensure that it is a properly working instrument and that it will last a lifetime more. It felt great to know I was supporting an organization that also works to help place pianos with families who don't have the means to afford one.

Douglas was great at the store and helped me choose between two pianos I was debating between. They had a last minute cancellation, so I was able to have my piano delivered the day after I purchased it. Jordan and Andrew texted 30 minutes before delivery to let me know they were on their way and were super friendly and helpful with my questions after the piano was in place. Had a great experience purchasing a piano here. They let me try them all out till I found one I loved. Then they delivered it at no extra cost. They were able to get it up a flight of stairs without a problem (there was an upcharge for having to go up stairs). And they were super nice and friendly. Douglas and Andrew and two other whose names I didn't catch did the delivery. I would 1000% recommend these guys if you're in the market for a piano (or other furniture).
