I have been with Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union for about 5 years now and love banking with them. They have been there for me for several different things I needed.

Employees are always friendly and helpful as well as responding to messages in a timely manner.

So glad that I switched. My mother and son are now members and have been happy.

Pacific Crest Credit union is a wonderful place. The people are sooooo nice and helpful. They helped me get a car after 7 years of not having one. They worked with me on it and I just refinanced it. I'm am super pleased with them and would recommend them to any and all.

I talked to Lauren & she was super helpful for me and another family member. She was able to get us awesome rates, I couldn’t believe how much my APR went down just switching to them. Thanks Lauren!! You were great!

I’ve been banking with Pacific Crest for almost a year now. They have appealing offers and good policies that help the customer in many ways.

The building is kept nicely and the staff are all polite, knowledgeable and diligent.

I wish all lending institutions were this easy to work with. Lauren, at Pacific Crest. found a way to have my loan approved. I think it was maybe 3 hours after I talked with her, she called me back, telling me my loan had been approved. She was so nice. I encourage anyone in need of a loan, to give her a call.

Gary has been a Pacific Crest member for over 50 years! I have been for over 30. One word. Family. That’s why when we moved out of town 13 years ago, we stayed. Online app and local ATM make it easy.
A few days ago we decided to take advantage of the 0% no fee transfer of credit cards to a lower interest Pacific Crest Card. LAUREN HARMON was assigned to help us get this accomplished! She has been the Most KNOWLEDGEABLE, KINDEST & MOST WONDERFUL Team Member as she walked us through this process. Consolidation of these high interest cards to a low interest card will make our lives SO MUCH easier and this will save us HUNDREDS in the process! Thank you Lauren!
