We Recently purchased home furnishings from La-Z-Boy store in Palm beach Gardens.
My husband and I were first greeted by our wonderful sales person Nancy, shared our ideas with her and she showed us options and selections close to our needs. She was terrific! Then we met Virginia the home designer who demonstrated her expertise and offered some suggestions to tweak our tastes. Both Nancy and Virginia were so easy to work with which helped make our shopping experience pleasurable.

Virginia - if we could convince you to visit Ontario and help us find furniture from La-A-Boy for our home there, we'd do it in a minute :) Thank you for all your extensive help in not only designing our living and dining room in Florida but also managing several of our needs at once in such a seamless fashion.

When we first spoke on the phone in October from our home in Ontario, you helped us secure the first of what would be several purchases from your store (though we didn't know it at the time!)

We are thrilled with the look and feel of our home here down south, and are anxious to begin sharing it with our family and friends when they visit.

This store has the best customer service representatives. First of all, they actually answer the phone when you need to speak to someone. No "leave a message and we'll call you back". I needed to order a chair that I had researched, and I knew they had it in stock. They took my order late in the day and had it delivered two days later. The entire transaction from beginning to the great delivery guys was a customer's dream! Since all our furniture is Lazy Boy, this will be our go-to store! Bravo team!

Ryan, the manager, was very helpful. Explained the warranty and ongoing support we would get on the furniture from the manufacturer. Was not pushy or overbearing. Gave us an opportunity to look around through the showroom and made himself available for any questions when we had them. Very knowledgeable and personable. We are looking forward to delivery and enjoying our purchase for years to come.

Furniture dependable. Have had 3 recliners from La-Z-Boy for 15 yrs still working great but fabric has seen better days so I am replacing 2 of them for my den and living room. The 3rd one will go in my room and last a few more years. Staff at the Palm Beach Garden store so great and helpful I wished I had gone there for my sofa now! Fabric selections and assistance of decorator to help me pick them Excellent!!! Highly Recommend this store.

Salesperson was very professional , courteous and patient. They listened to my specific needs and they were able to accommodate. Person was very informative, explained details of product and even the bill of sale. I did my comparison with other furniture stores and was not met with the same treatment.

Great experience from walking in to purchase. We took over a week to decide on fabric colors and narrow down our selection. There was never any pressure at all, just patient sales and designers. Pam was great to work with at Palm Beach gardens store.

"Amazon - ease" shopping experience for Furniture! I was shopping for my parents who have cognitive limitations. When I met Ryan & Ken- they listened to my specific needs and immediately showed me products that matched my needs. We happen to get the store manager as our sales person, Makayla Deshazor, who was absolutely wonderful in helping us pick out our two chairs and a sofa.
She and my wife decided on a very unique and particular fabric for the chairs (modern coastal), I thought to myself, “this is a little risky”, yet when the chairs were delivered, I loved it!
The guys that delivered the furniture were also great in setting it all up!

The Palm Beach Gardens showroom is a great place to shop. Excellent variety of inventory and knowledgeable staff. Natalya was a pleasure to work with, and was extremely helpful. We made a major purchase from her and will definitely return for future shopping.

I called ahead to see if they had what I wanted. The sales associate, Dave, found it quickly and told me to come in and see it. The store has many beautiful pieces! I liked the bookcase I had seen and Dave gave me the best price he could!

Super friendly, patient, and accommodating. I was interested in purchasing living room furniture so initially I called the business to ask questions about one of the brands I was looking at. I spoke to the store manager, Makayla, who thoroughly answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I decided to come into the store the next day and met Makayla in person but she was busy with something so she left me in very efficient hands with Heidy. Heidy was very patient with me and showed me the manual operating couches as well as the power manual ones. Because I'm very picky, I kept going back and forth but she never was impatient with me and I felt very comfortable talking to her. I asked for a price quote on the furniture and she provided the information. I wound up coming back the next day and purchasing the furniture. The process was not stressful at all, and I feel confident with the decision I made. Thank you both McKayla and Heidy. Your professionalism speaks volumes. Our two delivery men were on time and so careful, and placed the sofa and loveseat exactly where we wanted them.

We have always been Lazboy customers, but this time was the best.

Ryan, the store manager, was very helpful and accommodating while I was looking for a chair for my father. When I came back in with my dad to test out the chair it was Ryan’s day off. His associate was equally helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would go back to this La-Z-Boy store anytime.

Oh, and the chair we chose is amazing. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

We had excellent service from Kaila at La-Z-Boy. She was very knowledgeable about the product and the fabrics. We are very happy with our sofa selection and can’t wait for delivery! I highly recommend this store.

We have had a la-z-boy recliner couch for 8 years and it has been great. We decided to replace it because of redecorating. We are buying the same type of couch but in a different fabric and color. Also, the sales staff was very helpful and professional.

Ryan, the store manager, met us in a very nice, unobtrusive way and helped us zero in on a great chair in a very short period of time. The chair is in stock which means we’ll have it in a week which is perfect. It’s a great quality chair in the colt we needed, so the process was great.
