I had an ultrasound done today and I was so scared and my anxiety was unbearable. The Woman who performed my ultrasound was my Angel. I wish I had the words to properly express how wonderful she is. She was so warm and so caring. From the moment she called me from the waiting room, to the end as she walked me out, I've never before felt so cared for. And the warm hug before I left was very much appreciated! Thank you so very much. Beautiful Angel. You took my fear away and made my day so bright. I only wish my anxiety hadn't prevented me from remembering your name so I could give you a proper review.

My son needed stitches on his forehead. Went to the ER and Dr freid was able to stitch up this little boy without my son even crying. For context it took 4 staff at his primary dr office to get blood drawn from him and Dr freid was able to sow him up without a tear. It was a long wait but the ER had higher than normal people coming in and my sons stitches was not the worst thing there. If I had the choice between amazing bedside manner or fastest time in and out, I'd choose the bedside manner. Thanks Dr freid.

Was admitted through ER to ICU. Entire care team was exceptional, hardworking, expert, and compassionate.

Emergency eye surgery was a blast. Would recommend if you have rusty metal stuck in your eye. The PA that worked on me was fantastically confident but let me know it was his first time drilling on an eyeball. I told him to send it and he said don’t blink and we were off to the races.

I just had to return a urine specimen test that was ordered by a doctor. The lab staff member was very courteous, and made sure that I had returned everything necessary to process the specimen, which was just a one-page document. This happened on a Saturday, and my urine specimen was returned to the Main Lab on Floor 2, since the Front End Lab was closed, by the time I got up to Sky Lakes. They close at 12Noon on Saturday, and Front Registration closes at 1pm.

The nurses and doctors at this establishment are outstanding. They cared for my father with extreme care and compassion.
Dr, RN and CNA were wonderful.
Visited both the ER and then moved to floor 3 overnight for additional testing and care. I am very grateful for the team here. Klamath is lucky to have sky lakes. Go here instead of driving to Medford. You won't be disappointed

Very nervous about going to the ER after reading the reviews. Arrived at 10pm on a Friday & warned they were busy. My husband was in terrible pain and brought in using a wheelchair. He was triaged immediately. We were moved into a room in 45 mins. The Dr came in quickly and had already read all the hospital records & reviewed X-rays & MRI. Nurse Stacie came in, started the IV & administrated meds. He had the first rounds of meds within a hour of checking into the ER.
Nurse Stacie was friendly & funny as well as compassionate. RN Katie was also very nice checking on us & showing genuine concern. My husband walked out of the ER four hours after arrival with pain under control.
We will have no concerns about using the ER again.

I need to give credit where credit is due, thank you once again to the ER staff and Cascade East for helping my mom when she was needing help the most. Both of these teams have helped her and continue to help her with AFib and other serious medical issues. Without going into full detail, just a huge thank you for all you have done and are doing!!

I just moved down to Klamath this week and then had to get a surprise appendectomy done here this weekend. I had an amazingly positive experience throughout my stay. Everyone that I interacted with was super caring and attentive to my needs, from my surgeon (Dr. Smith) all the way to the ER registrars. The food I had was all good and my bed was comfy. I felt completely informed throughout the whole process, which was very reassuring as I am brand new to town. Would definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. I'm from Sacramento and I've seen and been in hospitals across the country and this is by far the nicest one I've ever visited. My grandmother came in by ambulance for pneumonia and was admitted. I decided to stay overnight with her because the hospital room itself has a separate curtained-off space with a bed phone and TV for overnight guests. And all the staff are really pretty too.

I went in emergency with the worst pains. I was taken into surgery with acute appendicitis and peritonitis. I was very sick but had an excellent surgeon and nursing staff. Friendly, considerate and well trained. I have only praise because they did their job well AND beyond. I'm recovering fully. What more should you expect. Their care and warmth was Iceing on the cake. So be a good patient and, as I can attest, you will be treated the same. Can't say enough about Sky Lakes.

I have been here for almost 2 weeks and have been treated with nothing but respect and kindness. I came in because I had fallen from my ladder and fractured my L1 vertebrae. I was in some serious pain. Had surgery on Tuesday and since then everyone has been amazed at my progress and I give the credit to the entire staff on the 2nd floor that has made my stay enjoyable. Everyone from those that came to help me at the place this happened to the emt’s the emergency room and all the Doctors, Nurses, and CNA’s were great! My being here almost 2 weeks was not their fault. They all put up with me picking on them and gave it right back, which I deserved and let me know that they respected me. I’m not from Oregon. I had just started a new truck driving job and for being an out of owner everyone was kind and friendly. And today I am being transferred to a rehab facility. I am going to miss the people here but I am happy to finally get out of here and star the process of getting better. And also Adele worked very hard at getting the transfer all set up and put into motion. Thanks Sky Lakes Medical Center!!!

My friend was seen in the ER and subsequently in surgery unit for a serious foot infection. ALL of the people who worked on him were friendly, efficient and just so courteous. He is receiving excellent care in my opinion. I wish I could remember their names. ER nurse was stellar! Dr Ruthwas also amazing, as was the ER

Told to go to The ER even though I was hesitant over several past bad experiences. However On 9/21/2021 Care was excellent. Hats off to all of the EMS Personnel on duty last night. From the check in to To check out Every hospital employee was working their tail off to help the people. I know there is a wait time but I’ve been to other ERs wait times can happen cut them some slack.

All positive. This hospital and the people who work here are great! I've lived in a lot of places during my life and can say without a doubt that the people of Klamath Falls can be very proud of Sky Lakes.

In September On my birthday I Had surgery and it was one of the scariest and most vulnerable times I have ever had, everyone there was great and made that experience as best as possible under those circumstances. I really hope while the structure of the country changes that the people here will bind together to make themselves and every patient as healthy and happy as possible.

Front desk registration is a very incompetent team. Had issues with them several times they often don't know what they need to be doing and shrug off their work by giving wrong directions make sure to be on top of things. The facility and doctors are great. The cafe food is great but the lunch gets sold fast so try to go in before 12. The front desk deserves only a one star. Parking is good two levels plus parking at other places available.

My mother had an appointment in Ex ray, I parked and realized it was icy. My plan was to drive up and drop her off then park and walk back. To my surprise they had just implemented a valet system! I loved it! Sky Lakes has always been fast and efficient, if they had 10 stars I'd give it!

My brother Ralph has to be hospitalized here a few times. My family didn’t know this since my brother and our family had not communicated for quite some time. He had a pacemaker and was hospitalized again in April. I received a call from Kevin, a wonderful nurse there, who informed me that Ralph agreed to go on Hospice, his heart was failing, his legs and feet were leaking fluids due to his diabetes. He also had high blood pressure. I live in Oklahoma so my daughter who is a nurse and I flew in to be with him.
Before we even arrived the staff were so professional yet very caring and helpful. I only got to spend 6 days with Ralph and we had to go home. Kevin called me on April 16th, Ralph had passed away.
I cannot express how much I appreciated everything that all your staff did for us, especially Adele, Kevin and everyone there...I don’t remember all their names but everyone from CNA, Nurses and Doctors...even housekeeping help us out. I just wanted someone to know you have an amazing group there and I am so grateful they were there.
Thank you
Rebecca
