I've been a patient of Dr. Machado for years. The great thing about this office is that they have lab services, X-Ray services, and EKG services here. Patients don't need to go to an off-site lab, or to the hospital for that.

It also has a drop-in on site. Patients whose doctor is booked, or out of the office can still be seen.

This clinic is part of the Sky Lakes system, so if a patient needs services from the hospital, or specialized providers, their chart information is in the computer, and accessible by any Sky Lakes facility.

They always have the best doctors... This also includes the staff at the walk in clinic. Our family loves and appreciates all of them!!

Takes forever to make appointments. Takes forever to see a doc. Sometimes they dont call back. Overall they have to many patients for amount of doc. But there is good doctors working there.

The quality of healthcare I received went down the moment Dr. Dassoff left. The doctors they started hiring after that did not seem anywhere near as knowledgeable as my previous doctor. They also seemed to be very judgmental, which made me trust them less as providers.

I got the general impression that the staff did not care about my well-being, in fact I felt they were even impatient with me. The doctor complained about his own problems including how the clinic wouldn't renew his contract and he was leaving and had student loans. I don't really care what it was because I thought I was going to MY appointment, and clearly, he didn't care about my health because he wasn't staying around (and so self-absorbed). He then kept trying to push a prescription on me that I had explicitly said I don't want.

When I went to get my blood drawn, the two ladies were laughing at how stupid their customers were. Instead of asking if I had eaten anything that day, they asked if I was "fasting" and then proceeded to laugh about the patients who didn't understand their convoluted and confusing question. Just ask when my last meal was, are you kidding me?

When I was mid-sentence talking to my family member, I got barked at to "make a fist" and I just got up and left. 0/10 bedside manner and professionalism. Maybe there are more than a couple competent people there but certainly not from what I saw. Only the waiting room staff seemed to be professional and caring.

Thanks to insurance I feel trapped with this ineptitude, but I will do everything I can to find anywhere else, and I canceled all future appointments. Find someone who cares about your health and respects you.

Had an appointment at 3pm and sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting to be seen by the doctor. There was only one other couple in the waiting room with us and they checked in after us. This is ridiculous. Even at KOD you only wait a max of 15 minutes.

Having trouble breathing, didn't want to see the walk-in lady, so I asked to see a Dr. Transferred to some woman who was a real dummy, she asked if I would be OK for 5 days until my Dr. had an appointment slot. Gee, I guess I need to see a Dr. to answer that question now don't I?? Wow real professional.
