Best Customer Service ever received hands down!

I walked in at closing time looking for a pair of safety toed work boots. Gentleman politely told me he did not carry any. After a long pause he pulled a pair of boots from behind the counter he had special ordered for a customer. I liked them enough to special order a pair for myself. He measured my feet and educated me in proper fit, and even ordered a pair to keep on hand in case the pair I had ordered were a hair too small. I also bought a very nice leather belt he hand crafted himself. As long as the Boot Barn is in business, I will never shop anywhere else for leather goods!

Love this shop! Sometimes I go in just to have gray conversation especially if you have a dry sense of humor.... They have the best selection of boots and work shoes anywhere in town. From very young to old, new or used and the best repair of your shoes this man is the best in the basin. Recommended highly
