Yesterday, I received the best customer service & shopping experience with Jess. As a customer, she connected with me throughout my shopping adventure. She provided exceptional feedback and was very supportive as I debated among several pieces. From greeting me as I entered, checking in throughout my tour of the store, answering all questions that I had, to lastly supporting me to make my final selection. We have brought several very nice sets of furniture from Virginia Furniture Mart and have been 100% satisfied with every piece we have purchased. Their customer service has been top notch! We have worked mostly with Diahn and she is absolutely wonderful to work with, I highly recommend her anytime you need help finding the perfect piece of furniture for your home.

My experience at Virginia Furniture Market in Bedford was completely positive! I was given space to browse around and explore as it was my first time there. Once I needed assistance, Jessica was available to listen to my needs, answer all my questions, and show me several options. She spent as much time as I needed going through the floor inventory, checking online stock until I was able to find everything I needed. In the end I purchased 7 pieces of furniture, it was all delivered today, set-up and looks great. I am hap6with everything. Delivery guys, Dakota and Brandon were fabulous!! I'm new to Virginia, and I know I'll be a regular customer at VFM- Bedford.

Brian was very attentive to my request to choose furniture I could afford. He did take his time to show me a variety of furniture until I found what I liked, the price very affordable to my budget, and the service was excellent. I did not feel like I was pushing to buy. I had enough time to look around, and he did answer all my questions and also educated me on how to take care of my furniture to last longer. This is my first piece of furniture to buy on my own. His service was top-notch. I definitely I will come back and buy more furniture in the future.Also all the associates were very was very nice. I did not feel like I did not belong there. Leslie was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She struck just the right balance between showing us options and giving us space to talk and think about things. We love our purchases and were happy with the price paid and the delivery experience.

The customer service is great. The staff is there if you need them but not overpowering. They are also knowledgeable about the furniture.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect living room set for over a month. After searching everywhere, I kept coming back to the Virginia Furniture Market in Bedford. I narrowed my selection down to two choices in the store and I was completely torn on which set to purchase. Loree was so patient, kind, and her attention to detail was so appreciated. She helped me weigh the pros and cons, look over the specs, think about decor/additional pieces, review the quality of the pieces, and stayed after closing until I made my decision to ensure I was happy. Truly had the best experience and am so thankful for how she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect piece!!
