Gym itself is great and has all the essential amenities. I had some issues with billing and signing up for the wrong type of plan, but the owner was very helpful in trying to understand what went wrong and made a valiant effort to clear up the situation and resolved my problems. Great service, kind people, nice gym.

I’ve been coming here consistently for almost a year. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. The owner is a super nice guy that comes in on the unstaffed weekends just to make sure things are going well and is very kind. Plenty of equipment, open spaces for stretching, and even I never thought I’d get into it, but racketball is really fun and the room is nice.

I love the vibe and feel of this gym, 💪🏻everyone is very friendly the staff is courteous and helpful.😁 I joined because of the great price💲 with everything included, it's a great deal. Everything is cleaned and maintained very well National fitness offers.A large weight room, treadmills, sauna, tanning beds, red light therapy, child care, and many classes. Would definitely recommend!

What a gem of a gym. Just in town visiting, looking for a good workout. This place rocks! Great dad/daughter team running it. Solid equipment. Good members. And they have childcare while you exercise!

Wow, what a great Gym, a really beautiful family owns and runs this gym. The gym is spotless, good equipment, they have fitness classes, they have childcare, tanning, hydro massage chairs, nails, hair and they also do your eyelashes there.(Jim) who is the owner is a doll, he two daughters that work there, one runs the desk and the other does the nails they are both excellent.We also met Jose and Paul part of the staff who were also so helpful and knowledgeable. The clientele at the gym, were friendly and nice.We were only in town for two weeks, But when we come back through, we will definitely choose this gym.

Awesome gym. Great amenities. I tan and lift here. The staff is awesome . They have a salon in the building and all the free weights and machines you could ever need . It feels like family here .plus none of the other members feel the need to give you "advice" on training . If you ask many will be happy to share knowledge but no one forces it on you.

Great place to workout. Childcare is awesome and they are very trustworthy and kind to my children. They keep things very clean. So many different workout equipment and free weights. The staff and owner are so friendly and amazing to work with.

This spot is SO cool. I was traveling through OR and WA from Oakland and found this spot while staying in Klamath. The staff was so friendly and helpful showing me around and making me feel at home. The facility itself is amazing. The machines are in great condition and there was everything you could ask for. The lifting/CrossFit section was super nice, spacious and the roll up door kept a nice breeze while working out.

Also there’s a sauna.

Love this spot so much I’m staying an extra night just to come back tomorrow.

I come here at least four days a week. Nikki Crawford, the owner, lives up to her reputation as Ms. Fitness. She will get you in great shape, if that’s what you want. The racquetball courts in the gym (two total) are a lot of fun, and the weight machines/treadmills have not been broken, or if they have, have been repaired quickly enough that I didn’t even notice. Lots of medium-sized lockers (I don’t know about the women’s, but if you come when the gym is not staffed there is not really two full-service “locker rooms”) and plenty of free weights/bikes/medicine balls. They’ve got various scheduled fitness classes, such as spin, on the bulletin board. They even have a place for children (I don’t think it’s a miniature gym, but they have toys and a play area outside). It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you get in, it seems pretty huge. Everyone from the average person to fitness buffs can find something healthy to do here. Clean, well-maintained, and you can come here literally 24/7 as long as you have your membership card. They offer different prices for different plans; a staff asked me what I wanted to do, then offered me something also based on the fact that I go to KCC (the college, in case you don’t live here).

The gym itself is great. But these old men need to keep their comments to themselves. Imagine being new to working out in a gym and some old guy comes up and starts making comments about how bad or good you're doing/look. Unless a woman speaks to you first: Leave. Us. Alone.

I no longer go here due to re enlisting into the military. But I make sure to come here every time I visit home. I came to this gym for a year when I got out of the Marines and the customer service is great and they have all the equipment needed to have an outstanding workout. They even remember me every time I come home and help me be able to come without paying a high day use fee. The daycare is great as well, they watched our baby girl and were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a great place to workout where you can makes lifetime friendships while getting swoll come the National Raquet Ball Club. The owner treats you like family and always remembers your face.

It's clean, most machines are up to date, perhaps not the most top of the line, but certainly adequate for my needs. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. I don't know how it is at the busiest times, we're retired so we can pick our times.

For me this place is the best. No matter what your ability is or what your goals are you can achieve them here. From Jim the owner to ALL the staff and trainers, they will get you going in the right direction!

I stopped going years ago because the equipment was in disrepair. The equipment is great. Largest selection of weights and machines in town and cardio equipment is top notch. I'm changing from my current gym and becoming a member tomorrow
