The Optician was so helpful when my nosepad broke off my glasses. She was patient, kind and resourceful to find the right nosepads that would work best. Being on vacation is always the worst time to have any mishaps. She made it easy, relaxed and didn't charge me for the fix. A great office.

We had the best experience at Basin Vision Center. The new building is absolutely gorgeous with state of the art technology, but nothing compares to the care that we received from Dr. Hartley and staff. We got an eye exam for our 1 year old and they were so patient and knew exactly how to perform the exam. Dr. Hartley is clearly very passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Basin Vision Center to anyone needing eye care.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Dr. Bronnenberg is absolutely wonderful and thorough. I had to stop in for an emergency exam while on vacation and she stayed late to ensure my vision was properly cared for. I was very impressed by her character. Wonderful doctor. Highly recommend.

Fast service and done right. I came in alone and they had a machine that let them look at my eyes without dilating them so I could still drive home. The doctor I saw was amazing and positive. I will definitely be back in years to come for more checkups. Thank you Basin Vision Center for being a good place to go!

Modern, beautiful, comfortable and clean building with the most up to date equipment! The staff is always friendly and professional, including the front desk secretaries, vision technicians and the Doctor.

My daughter’s glasses broke on a trip. We took her glasses in hoping they could be fixed. Not only was the staff friendly, they fixed her glasses for no charge. I was very impressed and shocked at the impressive customer service!
