Excell Shipping & Storage - Klamath Falls

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s amazing. Never had anything stolen, ever. Everyone is so kind, and helpful. They know us by name and they are always smiling.
I could get mail at home but I prefer to come here. They package up my outgoing mail and their prices are more an reasonable.

The lady’s here are very fantastic and friendly, help me with my fedex drop and gave me info about my ups return. They are not a ups dealer but gave me very useful information on how to return it. Will definitely come back to them.

We’ve had a mailbox with Excell Shipping for the last 6 months and these people are amazing. We travel for 7 to 9 months out of the year and with previous mail services, we’ve had some nightmares getting our mail forwarded to different HOLD FOR PICKUP locations every month. Not only has Excell taken great care of us, but they also have our preferences remembered, which makes it much easier for us. We highly recommend them!

When my family and I moved back up to Oregon in August, we were able to snag a storage shed. The two ladies at the one by home depot were welcoming and sweet. They have been very helpful and if I needed another storage shed, I'd choose them! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful friendly service and gladly checked for best price and delivery schedule for UPS, FedEx and USPS. They'll print the mailing label and even have an assortment of shipping boxes which they will assist in packaging for you! I'm a repeat customer for good reason!

My husband and I can honestly say that the service and attention we have received here is far and above any customer service we have ever received. We use Excell for mail forwarding and Sis goes above and beyond what she needs to do. I rented a container for my driveway twice. It was a terrific on site storage option for us. We moved away and the first unit was removed, but had to move back due to covid, and they dropped another off so fast, it was stunning. Great service, product, responsiveness, and value.
