Did all the Plumbing in a new home build. 3 years later I am having problems. Doesn't answer his phone and mail box is full so can't leave a message. Called from a business and viola he answered. Said he would be out the following week. No show. No call. I do realize people are busy but at least take a couple minutes to call a customer back.
Did expect to pay for work done, not expecting under warranty since over 3 years
